My Eclipse 5 needed maintenance. Your tech support personnel were extremely helpful in providing me with return information and a UPS shipping label. My Eclipse 5 was repaired and returned in 5 days after receipt.

Colton Smith was wonderful to work…
Colton Smith was wonderful to work with. Very quick response and he is very knowledgeable about the product. He also gave he a sense of trust since I am replacing a 5 month old portable O2 concentrator from Wellue which they are very slow on helping to fix their system. Love my new one and still waiting for more responses from Wellue.
