Esay, Informative, Amazingly Quiet Product
One email to Katie Y., who I had previously bought a portable from, and I had everything I needed. She had the information I was looking for and the stationary unit I bought (DeVilbis 5L-Q for QUIET) is whisper quiet (even compared to the non "Q" model ). Shipping was fast and the unit came with everything I needed. This is my "go to" for oxygen concentrator information and product.

Fantastic customer service
The customer service rep was very friendly and helpful. He listend to my needs and was very knowledgeable about my product. He offered me an option that was free on one of the items I needed. He didn't try to sell me anything. Very professional.

This unit is great, no couch potato
This unit is everything and more from what was advertised. Have had it for just barely a week now and it has been amazing. Much much better than dragging oxygen tanks around. I have pretty much be able to get back to my regular routine on the farm.
