Thank you for your review. We understand your frustration regarding the estimated 4–6-week turnaround time for repairs, especially since you had a much quicker experience with your previous repair. Because the equipment is now outside of its warranty period, the unit must be sent to our authorized out-of-warranty repair facility for evaluation, repair, testing, and recertification. This facility is specifically equipped to service and recertify the machines we sell, ensuring that the equipment is returned in proper working condition and meets the necessary performance and safety requirements. We understand that being without your equipment for 4–6 weeks is not ideal. While we cannot guarantee a shorter timeframe, we will make every effort to facilitate the process as quickly as possible once the equipment is received by the repair center. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience and understanding.
