Katie Yeadon was wonderful
Katie Yeadon was wonderful! She helped me above and beyond what I expected. I received the battery a day sooner than expected. I charged it right away and used it several days later! Thank you all for everything!

I’ve been using this Oxygen since 2015
I’ve been using this Oxygen since 2015. I’ve been pleased with the service I received and Nick helps me buy batteries and other equipment I need at that time. Recently I called about my machine telling me I needed to buy the columns, I had just replaced them about two months ago and normally when you replace them they last for one year. Nick had them call me back and they responded within 1/2 hour. The technician sent me the download and I did the download and still was having the same problem so they sent me a replacement and sent me the return label. I had miss placed the phone number to the technician so I called Nick and the technician called me back within 1/2 hour. Wanted to tell them I needed 3 more days before they would get the machine back. They appreciated that I called back and asked them if I could get 3 more days to send it back. Unfortunately I can’t remember her name but she appreciated that I called to ask for more time. If you’re needing a portable oxygen tank this is the best company to use for your oxygen tanks. I’m not sure if Medicare covers any of the cost because I wasn’t 65 and I payed full price for mine and I needed a big oxygen tank to have when I’m sleeping.

Thank you for your loyalty since 2015, Mary, and for taking the time to share such a detailed review. We are so glad Nick and our technical team were responsive and quick to resolve the issue with your columns, and that they were happy to give you the extra time you needed. It means a great deal to be recommended as the best company for your oxygen needs. If you ever need anything else, feel free to reach out, we are here to help!
