Late
Four days late. Use another carrier.
Response from Oxygen Concentrator StoreDec 4, 2025
Thank you for sharing your feedback, Peter. We reviewed your order and confirmed it was placed on November 26 and shipped out the same day, handed over to UPS for delivery. Because November 27 was a national holiday when UPS does not process shipments, and the following days fell on a weekend with limited movement, several non-operational days affected the timeline. Once those days are excluded, the delivery falls within the standard 2–3 business days for ground shipping. We understand how frustrating shipping delays can feel, and we sincerely apologize if the delivery did not meet your expectations. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please call us at 877-303-9289. If you ever need anything else, feel free to reach out, we’re here to help!

Inogen 6
I bought a inogen 6 and should have researched it on the inogen website. If I would have I would never have bought it. I've only used it 2 times and it only lasts 45 minutes. Now I can't get the store to take it back. I'm totally upset with the whole experience with this company.

Vivian, thank you for sharing your experience, and I’m truly sorry to hear how frustrating this has been for you. We understand how disappointing it feels when a unit doesn’t perform as expected, especially after such limited use. Your purchase was made in April 2025, which places it outside our standard return window, but your battery is still fully covered under warranty. Our team would be happy to evaluate and repair or replace the battery at no cost, since run-time issues are often related to the battery rather than the concentrator itself. We want to make sure you have a path forward that works for you. If you’d like help starting the battery warranty process or have questions about the buyback option, please call us at 877-303-9289. If you ever need anything else, feel free to reach out—we’re here to help!
