Bought the Inogen Vox 5 liter
Bought the Inogen Vox 5 liter. It's really quiet, especially compared to a Perfecto. Jake was great and got everything done.

Inogen Rove 4
Company or product, but either way, I purchased a Inogen Rove 4 in July of this year. It has already had two different issues and the only resolutions are:
1) Send back for repair (unknown time frame).
2) Accept an exchange, but not for a new model!!!!! But for a reconditioned one. So much for the 3 yr mfg warranty
I had the model not even 5 months, and I would expect better service than I’ve been offered. I believe that a NEW unit should be exchanged for the failed unit.
Additionally, I see that the replacement model is half the value of my new model!
I think what is being sent to me should be a loaner! I have no idea how long ago it was put in service. Once mine is repaired, they can send it back and take their loaner back!
Additionally I see that American Medical Sales and Repairs has its own review section. If one was to read that, you would not have any idea of the issues with this company.

Our team reviewed your warranty coverage and reached out to explain the manufacturer’s process. Since the unit is now several months old, it falls under the repair portion of the 3-year warranty rather than the out-of-box replacement period. To help avoid the inconvenience of a 4–6 week repair timeline, we offered you our Rapid Exchange Program, which provides a like-for-like replacement without waiting for repairs. This is a program unique to our company and not something offered by other retailers. Although it normally carries a $195 fee, we waived that cost entirely so you could receive a working unit as quickly as possible. Your replacement is already on its way.

POC replacement
My wife's machine was going out of warranty and Cami notified me about a new Rove 4 unit that would better serve our needs and had a higher output level. I had been thinking of getting a unit like that was glad she called me. The transaction was easy and I appreciate Cami's help.
