My concentrator connects to my cpap…
My concentrator connects to my cpap machine which means I ended up with 10 tubes with cannulas I can’t use. It is quiet and I like the humidifier on it. But I wish that the sales rep had asked about how I was going to use it.

After speaking with you today, we answered your billing questions. On the tubing, the cannula sets were included at no charge to you, but we understand they aren’t useful when your concentrator is connected to a CPAP. In most cases, we only know a CPAP connection is needed if a customer mentions it or if a CPAP is purchased through us. However, we appreciate your feedback and will consider it in improving our process.
