Why you probably shouldn't buy from anyone else...
5 stars are not enough! In contrast to my experience with other companies in this field, I had a truly 10-star experience with the Oxygen Concentrator Store. First of all, I cannot commend my sales representative Thatcher Mills enough. His customer-centric attitude and friendly demeanor together with his knowledge and helpfulness in addressing my questions and providing detailed information and solutions was outstanding and second to none. He said what he'd do, and he did exactly what he said. And all with a real sense of urgency. A true asset to the company and its customers! He has become and will remain my go-to person for all my future needs for these types of products. I was also amazed by the prompt and efficient delivery service. I placed the order with Thatcher over the phone on Friday, 6 Feb '26 and received my new concentrator in less than a week on 11 Feb. in Florida. What an exceptional service! With this company, their products, and their above-and-beyond level of support and overall customer service, it's hard to understand why other companies are still in business!
