Phone call was professional and informative. My purchase came on time. I thought the price was reasonable for the extra battery. I do think 25.00 dollars for the instruction book was excessive.

Very Poor Customer service
Paid for expedited shipping and item arrived without all components. Had to speak with four customer service representatives and debate the $47.00 expedited shipping charge. Finally, the fourth representative was able to refund it. In addition, the essential part arrived too late to even use it. We shall see how it works when I return and am able to pick it up at UPS. VERY POOR customer service.
