Brent was great, gave many options both new and refurbished. Not too pushy letting me think about an important purchase.

Easy and quick! Once we decided we should own our Oxygen Concentrator vs rent it via our insurance, we received guidance/recommendations to meet our needs. We now own a quiet concentrator as well as a lighter/quieter portable oxygen unit. Happy with our decision!

Brent was very helpful, spent quite a bit of time with me. From helping with the prescription requirement, choosing a unit, and helping with getting care credit set up. The unit (OxyHome) has been meeting all my expectations. The first night my wife used it I did notice the sound, now I don't hear it at all. Aesthetically it a nice looking unit, much nicer than the Phillips I almost bought used on MP. So happy I called before pulling the trigger on the used unit.
