This oxygen bank sucks, and I have been using my oxygen card for expenses which they attempted to close my account twice for unusual activity, I am in their highest-level program (fire element) but apparently if you don't use this card as your main bank which does not allow cash deposits you will get shut down.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I’m always having problems with this bank ever since I switched. There are times I won’t have access to all my money when I need and that’s the biggest thing I hate about it. I had my refund transferred to my oxygen bank account and had to make a $10,000 purchase for a car but was unable to urchase something for more than $5000. I didn’t even have anyway to pull it all out either. I didn’t really go over the limits carefully. And they trick you to thinking it is a good bank. They rarely have funds available even tho I had over 20,000 in my account. Ridiculous. And I hate the experience I had with them, the worst, seriously! Never go to this bank, even netspend is better because then you can go pull out money in person. But you can’t do that with oxygen. 20 thumbs down 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾 They even temporarily suspended my account because they said it was being used for business purpose and I inconveniently couldn’t make a payment that I really needed to take care of the day they suspended it as if they owned my Money 🙄 sooooooo very irrritating and waste of my time and breathe. Definitely transferring all my funds to my new business bank account I opened with mountain AMERICA and leaving behind this ridiculous joke of a bank.

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST BANK EVER! Do NOT waste your time or money! I have money in this account & yet I can’t access it even after calling customer service. I’m going to report this bank I just need to figure out what authority I do so at.

I used this scamming companies card for a purchase in November of 2021 and the website I ordered from was in China and they charged me 709 dollars for the purchase and they sent nothing so I put in a dispute and waited over a month with no email from them and decided to call them with no help at all about the progress of my dispute and they would not give me any help at all to figure out why I have not received a response. This company is the worst to deal with and the customer service people are rude and uncaring. Beware of dealing with this company. Thieves.

Someone hacked my bank account 1/22/2022 I reached out to Oxygen Bank filed a dispute, sent a written request of no knowledge of these transactions that happened in MX gas station. I had and still have my bank card in my possession and I live in VA did not travel or know of anyone is MX. So I receive a response saying my dispute is closed and they found no error. I called and I cannot speak to anyone that handled my dispute and I did not receive any supporting information regarding their investigation. I trusted this banking entity with my money and I am not being protected. I will contacting the BBB against them and I am still researching to see who else I can report this too because I will not let them keep my hard working money.

This was the biggest mistake dealing with bootleg banks and when you call Bankcorp they dont want to deal with them, they freeze my account because i transfer MY HARD EARNED MONEY TO ANOTHER ACCOUNT OF MINES its like they want to control how i spend my money NOT HAPPENING. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND NO ONE TO DEAL WITH THIS BANK IF ITS EVEN A BANK.

I’m new to this bank and to the app. All day I have tried to add another bank account To my app, but when I push the “connect bank account” button, it does absolutely nothing! I was also considering using this bank card for my direct deposits, but after reading the reviews, I am beyond a little skeptical about it!!
