When we first got the oxygen card the cash back rewards were MUCH BETTER! You have limited AND changed the retailers we can shop with, the frequency we can shop and when we can retrieve our cash back rewards

Cashback incentives were the biggest reason I loved this bank. The latest update has heavily restricted which vendors cashback can be earned at and when your cashback rewards can be deposited to your account. They've also reduced the amount of money earned per purchase. Unfortunately after a few years with Oxygen it may be time to move on.

It was too hard to activate rewards. I hated having to go to my phone, find the gas app, and hit 2 buttons to get my reward.

No longer worth the exorbitant costs of the different elements. Cash back has gotten too complicated.

It'll take your card off of the app and act like you don't have 1 so you can't use your money

First of all I am not a fan of a bank that I cannot even chat 24 hours. Last night when updating my apps I attempted to change my email and wound up getting locked completely out of my account and not being able to contact the Oxygen team until 10amEST. This is my savings account and due to their "bots" even the live person was not live. After a few password resets and APP deletion I was able to access my funds. I do not advise getting wrapped up with this. I'm on my 3rd level, AIR... And almost lost all of my savings and the "person" I was chatting with had no idea what she was doing as far as my issue. After 30 minutes and my own knowledge of actually helping her, I was able to access my account. Not good.

You canceled my debit card before its expiration date with no warning and took over a month to replace it and those I contacted in customer service responded with incompetence and outright lies It's a shame no one wanted to hear more when might have been able to resolve the problem. You asked

I’m new to this bank and to the app. All day I have tried to add another bank account To my app, but when I push the “connect bank account” button, it does absolutely nothing! I was also considering using this bank card for my direct deposits, but after reading the reviews, I am beyond a little skeptical about it!!
