Buyer beware

Their size chart and product description were completely wrong (which I proved to them with measurements), and the sizing of their tops run extremely large. I’m left with a top that is comically long like a dress and completely unwearable. They will not accept a return unless I pay shipping, even though they are at fault. They have offered an insulting 10% refund if I don’t return it. As a small business owner myself, I would never treat my customers like this. Absolutely disgusting. Edited to reply to your response: I already sent you photos of the measurements. Your size chart says a L is 68cm long. The top measures 73cm long. So why have you not taken responsibility for your mistake? Either your size chart is very wrong or you put a L label on a 2XL top. Either way this is your company’s mistake.

Comprato online un cardigan che non mi è mai arrivato ma sul sito SHOP risulta consegnato in data 29 settembre 2026. E non c’è modo per fare reclamo, è una vera e propria truffa!!!!

Happy with all the items and the support from the team
So far I have bought about a dozen items from Oxknit and I am happy with all of them. Read the size charts before ordering. They are preety accurate. I love the fact that the items are 100% cotton, which makes them super confortable and breathable. The designs are just sooo cute. The support team is also responsive and helpful. I have had to exchange an item due to size, and there was no problem. It may take a little long, but the the exchange was cocluded successfully. I'm really glad with the overall experience with them, And will gladly recomend their items to frinds. Thanks OxKnit for using cotton, for making lovely designs and for the overall support.

Great customer service!
Oxknit has great customer service and a lot of other companies could learn from them if they want repeat customers. I ordered a sweater that wasn't the correct size or color I was expecting. I contacted Oxknit and they replaced it with another sweater of my own choosing; no questions asked and no hassle. They allowed me to keep the first sweater and they paid the postage for the second. I recently had a horrible experience with a different company when I sought to return a very inferior muslin blanket so I was shocked and could have been knocked over with a feather with Oxknit's quick service and straight forward return policy. I love their sweaters and will be back for more! Thank you.

Ho ricevuto la maglia con una tempistica assolutamente buona , considerando il timore dato da recensioni che parlavano di attese di oltre un mese . Per me non è stato così. ordinata il 15 settembre, ricevuta il 26 settembre ,quindi va bene. Riguardo alla vestibilità , seguendo le indicazioni della tabella taglie ho acquistato una L ma una taglia in meno sarebbe stata decisamente perfetta. Non è un problema perché comunque mi permette di indossare sotto anche altro , per fronteggiare le temperature invernali. L’etichetta interna indica 100% cotone Non so se è così realmente ma il tessuto al tatto è piacevole e non è inconsistente. Penso acquisterò altri capí cercando di capire la taglia corretta in base al confronto con questa maglia .

Finger weg!
Die Produkte von oxknit schauen ja auf den Bildern ganz hübsch aus, in Wahrheit bekam ich einen Pullover von minderwertiger Qualität. Eine Rücksendung und Erstattung war zunächst nicht möglich. Erst als ich die Zahlung zurück buchen ließ, hat man die Rücksendung auf meine Kosten akzeptiert. Diese hat mich 22 Euro gekostet (China). Und das ohne Sendungsnummer. Dann kostet es 48 Euro. Also gut abwägen, ob man da bestellen möchte. Ich jedenfalls nie wieder.
