I’ve gotten 3 shirts from here now and they are great. The last one I accented washed and dryed instead of dryclean and it came out looking perfect. Did not shrink at all. There was a shipping issue with one shirt and they sent a replacement no questions asked. Very respectful.

Shipping is severely delayed and when I…
Shipping is severely delayed and when I tried to contact the company about where my order is, I got an automatic response saying they are on holiday for another seven days and no real time customer service was available. I still have not received my order after weeks of waiting. Tracking is unavailable. This company supplies a US based address, but it is based in China.

Hi, Thank you for your feedback and we sincerely apologize for the delay in your order and the frustration caused by the difficulty in reaching our customer service team. The delay may have been due to temporary stock shortages of certain items, and we’re sorry that your order has taken longer than expected. Although our team was on a seven-day holiday, some colleagues remained on duty to handle customer inquiries, and we continued providing assistance during this period. We kindly invite you to check whether you have received a reply from us by email. To protect your account security and privacy, we’re unable to share specific order details publicly. Please contact us at [email protected], and we’ll be happy to review your order and provide you with the latest available information. We value your feedback and sincerely apologize that your experience did not meet your expectations. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to look into this matter and assist you further. Best regards, Oxknit Customer Service Team

Best customer service experience I've had in a long time
So I've gotten a couple of things from this company and the quality is always really great. So I kept ordering. The last thing I ordered was much too big on me so I reached out to see if I could return it for a smaller size and they offered to send me the correct size and I didn't have to return the one I got already. I can't tell you how much easier this makes my life with so much going on. This isn't necessarily their fault that I chose the wrong size but they are going above and beyond to make me happy and keep me a customer. And I absolutely will stay. I appreciate you oxknit!!!! You have a customer for life.

Better then expected, sizes fit small
I just got my oxknit zipper sweater today. Came a lot faster and is way better quality then what I was expecting from some of the reviews on here. I'm from Canada and it took about a month to arrive. The sweater is made of 2 layers of cloth. the design is actually embroidered into the top layer. the size is a bit small, I'm glad I ordered large. The material feels like it will loosen up with wear and washing, but I'm not worried. Zipper is metal and somewhat decent quality. Overall I'm very happy.

I ordered three items
I ordered three items. I was unhappy with one item but they were happy to exchange for something else. To send back the item would have cost more than the item was worth! Friendly , efficient contact.
