Exactly what I wanted and cost was very reasonable. I would recommend it to anyone.

Problem using the online purchase where it asked for my phone number but did not provide anywhere to enter it. Phoned the company and Josh took over and placed my order with ease, even offered additional accessories for my troubles. Received my order the next day as promised. Will always deal with this company for my respiratory equipment needs.

Only one issue was incomplete. I was not emailed tracking # as promised. I had to call your office for #. Other than that, I was happy with your service.

I was so impressed in dealing with Robert in purchasing my Inogen 3. He was so knowledgable and professional. He gave us ideas and pointers and definitely went the extra mile with us. We considered purchasing from someplace closer to home...but his care and service made the decision to go with oximedical a no brainer!

OxiMedical respiratory rep was very helpful when I order the Inogen One g3.

I put an order on Friday October 20, and as today Friday October 27, 4+ pm the item do not arrive yet. Tracking the order with the number included in an email I received same day Oct 20, an email from Oxi saying the order was ready to be pick it up by USPS; the tracking system today shows the delivery in transit and only was picked up from your place in Az until yesterday Oct 26. My question is why the delay in the pick it up by USPS that only occurred almost one week later after it was ready to go? Please take note that this kind of delays shows at least in my case, your delivery system do no follow up the item to its destination. Thank you for reading this, no a complain but a ring bell that something is no working as expected. Eduardo Herrera
