The salesman Robert Lee was excellent to work with. He was all things a buyer could wish for. This was the third large items I have purchased from the company over the last several years. I also had some warranty work done. They also are excellent--great pricing and prompt delivery and response.

Josh made it easy to process my order after my payment was declined. He called to see if he could help. Very pleasant person to deal with

We appreciate Mr Costas knowledge and ease of explaining how to use the portable oxygen in language we understand.

Wish my tradein was worth a bit more, but I understand. The new unit is still heavy, but workable. Will make travel easier.

I had a very good and respectful representative who helped me purchase my portable oxygen concentrator. My order was shipped overnight as they promised. I had one small problem, they billed my credit card twice for the product . I called the company immediately and the issue was solved before the phone conversation was concluded. I am very pleased with the product, but it is a little bit louder than I thought it would be.
