I was having a hard time deciding between two POC units. Your sales rep asked the right questions to help me select the right one. He found out how I used oxygen and explained why one was the best for my needs. Great shipping and good pricing. We satisfied so far.

I worked with Clark in Colorado and the experience was great. He explained things and answered all of my questions. If he was away form his phone or with a customer he always returned my call. I think he is a super representative for your business. I would highly recommend working with him to all my friends. On our first call he made sure I had his phone number and his extension number.. Great service !!!

I purchased an eclipse 5 about a year ago. great value, wonderful everything other than the dc acapter. never worked right and finally caput. after 4 attempts to chat with a service rep, I decided to buy a new as I use the o2 concentrator about every day. well I got the part and it was a cord not the adapter. things worked much better this time and the correct part was shipped and I returned the incorrect part. in summary, find a way to talk to your customers or at least tell them when and then do it. love the machine and the package I bought but it don't work without power.

We highly recommend OxiMedical. Robert was very knowledgeable about all products available and was very patient in answering our many questions. I even had to call him back when I had more questions. There were no high pressure sales tactics which we greatly appreciated. (We had encountered sales pressure with some other companies we spoke with.) When we finally decided to purchase Inogen equipment, we called Robert, placed our order and received the equipment on the day promised.
