I like the machine .I got the extended batteries and am pleased.i do wish the salesperson would have told me about the battery charger.i now have to call and find out about it and how it works.i do recommend this product for freedom on oxygen.

We needed to order an Inogen 4 as my wife just return from the hospital, on oxygen, to our home in Arizona. We had tried to have the pulmonologist prescribe a POC for our trip back to Colorado at a much higher altitude and less air.After trying several avenues to obtain a POC we just decided to call Oximedical because they are located in both places we live. Their amazing service started with 3:00 PM call to the Colorado location ordering the Inogen 4 and have it arrive at our home in AZ. at 11:30 AM the following morning to our amazement.We are very pleased with Oximedical Respiratory service.

We were very pleased with your ordering procedure and the shipping all came through easily with all necessary parts, however we just learned from one of your salesmen that they had probably shipped and older model carrying case, we will see if he is shipping a current one (for a G4) so we can plug the power cord into the unit without going through a stress test. (Almost impossible as is). Once we opened the unit's box, my wife decided it would be nice to have a pack to carry it in. One was ordered and shipped, when we got the box we opened it and the case was huge, not what we thought from pictures - it was for BACKPACKING. I immediately called Oxymed to find out their return procedure and were informed that it could not be returned - this is not common with on line ordering, where the customer hasn't actually seen the product - Oximedical should have some return policy, especially where the product is ordered over the internet - has never been used and can be returned on the day of arrival !

Thank you for your review. Per our telephone conversation, we have determined and both agree that while you ordered the G4 from OxiMedical, you actually ordered the backpack from Inogen directly. It is unfortunate that they do not have a return policy for accessories (as confirmed on their website). Please note that OxiMedical does indeed have a return policy for accessory orders purchased from us. In our original conversation, followed by emailing an image of how the G4 carry bag should provide easy access for the power cord, we determined that you must have received a faulty bag and we are sending a replacement right away. It was a pleasure working with you to sort this out and we trust your wife will soon be able to fully enjoy her Inogen One G4.
