Eventually they delivered as promised although not in the time frame promised. But, they were terrible on communication and never, never returned calls on updates as promised. Once when I asked for an update on delivery time I was treated rudely as if I was bothering them. Price was good but customer service and interaction was very poor.

We worked at OxiMedical with Bob. He answered all our questions and went out of his way to keep checking when my husbands machine would be available. He was very empathetic about it being backordered and helped us to have it shipped to us the minute it became available. We called him about missing filter/cannulas and they arrived within 2 days. Very happy with Bob and Oximedical.

OxiMedical was great in helping me choose the best unit for my wife's needs. The Rep. I spoke to was well informed, friendly, and very in tune with what I needed Great job, great company. Thanks for everything.
