My portable oxygen power supply quit in the middle of the night. I called several places in the am to quickly find a new part---only OxiMedical was able to help. They went over and above helping me try to find a local vendor, when that didn't work they offered to overnight the part. Not only were they VERY helpful, they were also the most reasonably priced. The part arrived by the specified time the next day and I was very happy. Great customer service.
