I have and will continue recommend OxiMedical Respiratory to others.

Really like that it is lightweight and easy to carry. Hopefully someday they can make a machine that is silent. The machine is OK when it comes to noise levels however in a quiet church room it seems loud but for normal day use it is great.

Your company advertises. 5 hours of oxygen with the heavy batteries. My tests showed only slightly over 2 hours. This is unacceptable for my situation and I will have to return the unit. Otherwise, the unit is good. The company is aware of this problem and offered a heavier unit that can give me 5 hours but the unit is too heavy to carry around. I think the company misrepresented its product by advertising 5 hours on the larger battery.

The nasal canelus is large and stiff.The nasal penetrators need to be made of soft plastic same as those distributed by my O2 company for my home concentrater use. Also the clasp to tighten the slack in the lines is a joke.Make a metaal slide that works! The CO. did fine taking the order and UA Mail did fine delivering. Now that I have worn it====IT HURTS MY NOSE If you don't understand STIFF< HARD CANELUS Wear one your self for 5 days This is my review, If it doesn;t answer your question or not your .I guess you have a problem.I:ll just say finally,,I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT! Bob was extremely patient in helping me understand all the difference in machines and just generally all the info necessary to select the best one for my dads needs.. The G3 was an excellent choice.. The machine is light and quiet. It was easy to set up and understand and he loves it.. i would recommend it with out reservation.

Very responsive. Very informative. They deliver quality products, and they make an extra effort to overnight them if necessary. I can’t say enough good things about OxyMedical and especially Clark — who is very knowledgeable and able to offer solutions to what sometimes seem to be insurmountable problems.
