We were so pleased with the service we received from Bob Castro. He explained every thing in detail and we had the Inogen in 3 days!!!!..Unfortunately, over a month ago, I called an Inogen telephone number in one of your Parade magazine ads for brochures and have yet to receive them. You may want to check why your staff is not efficient. Do not need brochures now, as I met a person using your Inogen and it was she who gave me Bob's telephone number and thank goodness. He is right on the ball!!!!!

Made an appointment with Chris in Mesa, AZ, he was ready and guided us through to a purchase. He is very knowledgeable and a credit to your organization. A few days later we went through the phone system to purchase a backup battery and charger. Bob who was in Florida took care of us and the items shipped out of Glendale, AZ so the battery,etc were received the next day. Your company has broken the code to efficient and effective service.

So far the inogen one has worked great. Came home from a bus trip with a cold so O2sast are down.

Excellent advice from my sales guy. Very good prices. Supportive customer service policies -- what's not to like?

We had a great experience. Staff is friendly and helpful. We did have to return the first Oxygen concentrator because it malfunctioned but the exchange went smoothly. I would recommend OxiMedical Respiratory.

I like my new InogenOne, but I wish it was quieter than it turned out to be. My experience was good with customer service. I researched the product and then when I got customer service from OxiMedical, I communicated with her via chat and then purchased the machine. I did not need to be talked into the purchase. I am very active, despite it being difficult for me to breathe. Thank you for having a product to replace the awkward/heavy oxygen tanks!
