Used this for a return trip to Colorado, rented Inogenone for a week it worked so well that when we started making plans for our move to N Carolina I ordered another one to make the trip. The experience was trouble free, customer service was excellent, will recommend this to anyone who is needing O2, weather to rent or own.

Great service. The sales rep was easy to understand and explained every detail about the product to me. He made me feel good about my making the decision to purchase the Inogen One

I have ordered more than once from this company & never had any issues from ordering to deluvery.

Did much research on portable oxygen units. Went to the Lady Lake FL store and spoke with Bob Castro. Very knowledgeable in his field. Ended up purchasing the Imogene One G3 unit based on Bob’s recommendation. So far, so good.

So far my experience has been very positive. I will recommend to others.

My inagen O2 concentrator wouldn't turn on. Said battery full. When not feeling well memory is not good so couldn't remember where I bought it online This gentleman fit me in on a Saturday anyway. and told me what to do to get it working again. Will definitely use This company in the future and recommend them. Thank you so much

I needed a replacement cord for charger while traveling. They were able to ship overnight to hotel for reasonable shipping.

Something just wasn't there with this experience with the CSR as there was in 2013 when I purchased the last unit. In 2013 I had plenty of questions to ask, but by the time I got off the phone back then I didn't have to ask any questions, they were already answered with out me having to ask. In other words they sold the unit to me. This time I had to ask all the questions. This is not to say the CSR wasn't helpful and friendly, but like I said something was missing in my experience this time.
