OxiMedical RespiratoryReviews of oximedical.com

We shopped around and found that you cannot beat the savings from OxiMedical Respiratory, nor will you find a better deal for lifetime warranty on your portable oxygen concentrator. Most places do not offer extended warranties beyond the 3 year manufacturer's warranty. Bob Castro helped us get a great deal on a bundle package for the Inogen One G3 with 3 double-cell batteries, an external wall & car charger, and a lifetime warranty so that our dad could fly to Hawaii and drive to Dallas to visit family without worrying about his oxygen. I highly recommend contacting Bob (ext. 151) to help you with your oxygen purchase needs.

excellent customer service fast shipping pleasant experience

Having purchased a previous concentrator, I was able to make another purchase by phone. The company representative was responsive and knowledgeable about their products. The whole transaction was timely without a hitch.

They have not stirred us wrong yet. We trust Bob very much.

Bob Castro took care of my needs in purchasing my Sequel Equniox portable oxygen concentrator. I am very pleased with my purchase and the excellent service Bob gave to me.

I have had excellent experiences with Oximedical and have used them for my O2 needs for over two years. I would not even consider using another company.

I was not pleased at all with they way I was treated and especially the manager that talked to me. I had gotten an order from the Inogen people, not you folks. When I was trying to set it all up the guy came thru with an email to talk to me. I thought it was with the folks that I was dealing with, but no it was not with them at all. Since I thought I was order it got done, but with your company. Well after talking to your manager, who was not pleasant at all with me, he said the order had been sent already. I said to stop all that. Well it came to my house anyway, and I sent it back to UPS. I'm waiting for my money to come back to my account. So it was not a good deal with your company at all.

Service was impeccable, item arrived as promised (quickly) very helpful assistants. LOve my new machine.
