Two orders sent, this summer and fall, prompt friendly service on each.

Service was great. Got just what the wife needed.Thank you for all your help.

I dealt with the owner by phone and got precise advice on the right size Onogene machine to buy. He honored all his promises and I received the unit the very next day.

Very helpful and knowledgable staff! No pushy salespeople just honest to goodness advice!

Very nice customer service employees. My equipment arrived just as promised. Very satisfied.

Clark help me with an area that I didn't know much about. His information helped to direct me for the items that we needed to buy. I've called him after the purchase and the service and information has been great. Thanks Clark

I had a very nice experience.

It works, it's quiet, it's convenient. Allows me the mobility I've been used to.
