I have just purchased an Inogen G5 in the past month. The whole experience was beyond excellent. I have had oxygen concentrators for past 8 years because of COPD. My last concentrator was very expensive and I had problems with the sieve beds needing to be replaced every 12 months and could only be done by sending unit to factory and not having it for 3 to 4 weeks which hampered all my mobility. I had to use the large concentrator that was in my home. When I read the reviews on the Inogen G5 and realized I can purchase sieve beds and replace them in 2 minutes myself I was sold. Everything about this unit is better than the unit I previously paid double for!! The questions I had were all answered effortlessly and I soon was the proud owner of a great new oxygen concentrator. I got my 2nd Inogen unit last Monday, Sept. 16th and been using it since then. My 1st unit is an Inogen One G4, the 2nd unit is the latest Inogen One G5 -- great unit! My G4 is now my spare unit. What was awesome was that I talked with Clark Tuesday, Sept. 11 and I got my unit Monday afternoon, Sept. 16... here in Guam! Rodolfo Arejola

My Inogen One G3 is the greatest. I bought this back in April. I don't remember who i talked with at the time. But i had to write and say the delivery was A-1 fast. I love having this it beats having to hassle with air tanks. I would recommend this product and your site to anyone. Thank you Scott

Honesty and selling a customer in a medical setting whats right for them for a price they can afford - Larry really helped me out! I called in yesterday saying I needed an Inogen G3, he was telling me about the G5 being the latest and greatest. Once I explained I know there is a G5 but I'm on a G3 budget he was kind enough to suggest one of their used units. It shipped out and comes to me on Wednesday with a new battery. A used inogen with a new battery - wow! I'm on oxygen and I'm in my 20's, been on oxygen for a month and immediately knew I needed this inogen to have freedom and quality of life. I'm so happy they made it possible with pricing of a used unit, offering warranty makes it all the more assuring this is the place to go.
