I had my monitor for a month and it stopped providing reading and just gave error codes. I contacted support and a replacement is on its way. They were very courteous and were concerned I get a working device.

I had a problem setting the date and time. Apparently the instructions that came with the unit were not up to date. I sent an email to the customer support and within the same day I had the updated version of the instructions which explained how to do what I wanted. The unit works great. Thanks for the quick response.
