Absolute WASTE OF MONEY!!!!! Constantly beeping, saying it’s fitted wrong or connectivity issues. The last thing you need when you’re trying to get your baby to sleep. It’s infuriating. Worst product I’ve ever purchased

I got this thinking I’m going to be cool tech first parent. But this was not it. Absolute trash product and a waste of big bucks. Like every other review says I’ve not got it for more than an hour without some false alarm about the positioning being off (it’s on a wiggly baby for heavens sake), or Bluetooth not connecting or some silly issue. Ultimately I’ve been unable to get any useful data off it

Great company I have the sock & cam 2 for my son can’t fault them at all they’re brilliant, customer service is also fabulous my cam 2 broke just stopped connecting a few days after setting it up while pregnant I emailed owlet care and after back and fourth with them trying their best to help with a solution to fix it they sent me out a whole new camera and then a few weeks ago I was moving my sons room around and accidentally snapped the wire out of the plug, my fault entirely, I emailed them asking to point me in the right direction for a new one, as I can’t find one anywhere due to the sensor for the temp and humidity of the room being attacked to the wire, they replied for my shipping address to send me a new one. Brilliant service Their products are on the pricier side compared to your normal market street monitors but so worth it. Fabulous company

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the customer support I received regarding my Owlet device. I bought this product for one reason: peace of mind. Instead, it delivered the exact opposite.For an entire week, my family and I suffered through sleepless nights filled with anxiety because we could not use the device. I spent multiple days and hours at a time trying to resolve the issue with your support team. While the agents were friendly, they were completely useless in solving the problem.I was forced to jump through endless hoops that led nowhere. Ultimately, I had to figure out the problem and the solution entirely on my own. I have the complete email transcripts proving this entire timeline.The issue eventually resolved only after I attempted the setup through a mobile hotspot and then reconnected the device to my dedicated 2.4 GHz network. This workaround appeared to "unstick" the stalled setup process. I have already sent your support team screenshots of this resolution, hoping this vital information can be used to help future parents facing the same glitch.A device meant to alleviate parental stress should not require the customer to act as their own technical support team. I am incredibly unhappy with how this went and expect a senior representative to review this failure.

Constant false alarms great for building anxiety, Wi-Fi range is poor that works one day and then not the next Wi-Fi hasn’t changed. Location hasn’t changed. It just makes up as goes along. If you pick up your baby the alarm goes off. Waste or money

Purchased Dream Sock and Cam. App design very bad, UI is laggy and connections to devices slow. Constant wifi connection issues (I have tens of devices in the network and no problems with the others). App does not even give any real information about the network connected. UI of the base station is also horrible. Powering off, resetting or wifi pairing requires pushing the button certain time while plugging power cable in while there is some annoiying audio chirps. Of course if the device would operate solid, these actions would not be needed regularly. Unbelievable bad design for product that is sold 2026. The monitoring sort of works when connected. However, customization for notifications and sounds etc are missing (I don't want to hear any unrelevant sounds in the middle of the night other than critical health alarms). Overall great idea for product but very poor implementation.
