An expensive product which is ok when it works but the sensor sock wears out and they won't supply spares even if you want to buy them. Their customer care is run by bots and if you do get a human they are smugly unhelpful .... don't buy their products. Another scamming company just interested in the first hefty wedge of money spent with them with no aftercare or support.

When the product works... I'm sure it's great. This is a costly product compared to others on the market, let's be honest. Ours worked for 2x weeks, no changes to our home, our internet connection, didnt move the camera at all, nothing. But it stopped working. For WEEKS we have been emailing back and forth with the 'support' centre to resolve the issue and get our camera working. With no luck. They send email after email after email with new troubleshooting they expect you to complete. We're up to 15 emails of 'troubleshooting' and they still refuse to replace or refund our item despite it not working. They know full well we have a newborn and the importance of functioning safety items not to mention the lack of time we have to fiddle around with a faulty products 'troubleshooting' and still refuse to replace or refund. I would not under any circumstance recommend Owlet, purely because if something doesn't work, Goodluck getting any genuine support. It's a piss take.

Poor connection- shocking price point for this product. Look elsewhere for peace of mind. Not even going to try customer service going off other reviews. Learn from my mistakes!

Waste of time and money, wouldn’t recommend. We have the sock and the Cam 2 and have had terrible experiences with both - the company overpromises and under delivers and for the price of the products this just isn’t good enough!

Awful connection. And always at the worst times. It will lose connection in the middle of the night at least three nights a week. We never ended up using the sock because of reviews of it leaving burns on infants feet. We bought it to bring some peace of mind, especially at night so I could sleep better. Overall, it was SOOOO expensive for a really crappy camera. Not worth it.

Service après vente médiocre. Chaussette même pas utilisé, j'ai demandé à la retourner ils ont fait trainer mes mails, leur téléphone n'est même pas valide, pour me dire ensuite que j'étais hors délai pour la retourner, je n'ai même pas eu de réponse à mon dernier mail. Si j'avais vu les avis avant, jamais je ne l'aurai acheté.

I wouldn’t even give it a one star. DO NOT BUY THE OWLET CAM 2 IT IS A WASTE OF MONEY!!!!!!!!! Even after going through the effort of setting up a separate WiFi to facilitate the rubbish camera connection it drops EVERY DAY!!! IT has dropped for the past 4 weeks. Diabolical when this is a tool to keep your child safe

I purchased the Owlet dream duo weeks before my son was born, looking for peace of mind. My son unexpectedly arrived early at 36 weeks with Transient Tachypnea of the Newborn (TTN), a serious breathing condition, and spent 8 days in the NICU.When we were finally discharged, I desperately needed this device to monitor his breathing so I could sleep. Instead, the product completely failed to set up. I spent hours watching YouTube and TikTok tutorials trying to troubleshoot it myself because Owlet’s actual support was useless.I contacted Owlet Customer Care on 21 May 2026. For nearly three weeks (up until June 12th), I have been trapped in an endless loop with an automated bot. It repeatedly asks for the exact same information, gives the same generic troubleshooting advice, and demands screenshots that I have already provided multiple times. There is zero human resolution.This expensive device is completely worthless if it cannot even be set up. It has caused nothing but immense frustration, irritation, and sleepless nights spent constantly panicking over my son's breathing. He is currently wearing nothing because this device does not work. I absolutely do not recommend this product. Save your money and look into Nanit or Angelcare instead.
