i emailed them about my order and no response they have stilled not sent my order and charged my credit card scam site that wants defraud people buyer beware

my order is still not here, I keep hoping everyday tomorrow well be 2 weeks and you have wanted a review on my order a week ago which I can not do cause I have not got my order yet order # 193158208 my order just arrived and must of taken longer because of memorial day I love the 3ft round purple rug and looks good in our bathroom purfect color

I've purchased 2 chairs and a large area rug from Overstock. It's like furniture tinder. The pictures on their site do not accurately show what products look like, and they only offer free returns if left packaged. How am I supposed to see what I get from a box if it's too small to sit in or too ugly to walk on? They either need more accurate pictures of products or a better return policy before I buy from them again.

Ordered a box spring from them and they told me that it would arrive guaranteed at a certain date. The day of arrival I checked tracking and the arrival date was rescheduled for a week later. I asked them why and they told me that ups just picked it up from their warehouse the day that it was supposed to arrive at my house. I cancelled my order and told them that was unacceptable as I had correlated the box spring to arrive the same day as the bed frame (which I ordered elsewhere). They were just like, we don't know what happened and that was it. I asked for a refund and will never shop there again. I can understand an item being a day late but not an entire week!

Don't waste your time! They deny reviews of items purchased if they are not positive, and try to say it is because the review was about "customer service" - the following is a review I wrote that was denied: This dress arrived packaged in a ups envelope - when I opened it, the dress was folded, wrapped in tissue paper that looked like it had been used before. The dress had no tags on it, and the lining looked like it had been dry cleaned already. Some of the sequins appeared to be missing. The dress was much smaller than expected. I returned it - and will probably not order any more clothes from this site..

Have been ordering from a similar website for a long time and never had a problem with them. I tried overstock for the first time because they didn't have a shower curtain I liked on the other website. Overstock took my money out of my account when I made the order and then put it back. I spoke with their costumer service because I was confused and they told me they took it out just to make sure it was there and put it back and they will take it out again once my item has shipped. Okay, cool. Now 7 days of "processing" later (a whole different problem in itself. Take some pride in your company and don't sell items that take weeks to PROCESS) the money gets taken out of my account. So I think, great! My item has shipped! Nope. It hasn't. I figured the system might be slow so I waited two days. Still hasn't shipped. My first and last time ever shopping at overstock. I recommend shopping on their competitor sites instead

Overstock's merchandise changes, which is understandable. The understanding is that the price will be lower, right? Why buy it from them when the prices are exactly the same as everywhere else? Sorry, I'll pass.
