The items I bought were fine. The website doesn’t work properly…. So frustrating…and customer service was no better. I’ve never had such an aggravating experience on any website before. I didn’t know if what I purchased and paid for were ever going to come until they arrived. The website continuously told me I had no orders to track.

Limited supply & variety of Luxury brands and shoe sizes. Also there should be a short return window on said items, especially shoes (for size trial only). Discount codes should also be made available for these products. Otherwise happy with my handbag purchase, delivery and packaging.

I ordered an outdoor table in Taupe. The table I received was brown! Nothing like the picture or any colors offered. I have other Taupe color pieces so I do know what the color should be.
