Will never order from this site again. First and last experience. Ordered a bed on April 27th. Checked back yesterday and was told "Sir, rest assured by the end of the day it will show shipped on your account" Never heard anything from Overstock, Just a refund email from Pay Pal. Checked order status and it showed cancelled. Online chat said it was a rare occurrence but there wasn't enough stock to fill orders and it was no longer available. I'm thinking they should have known that yesterday when we had our conversation. They are attempting to sell products they can't put their hands on. In the mean time, holding on to your cash. Should be more like NoStock. Never again.

I like their selection and have found some good deals but they would send me emails all the time. At least 3 times a week. Hopefully, they stopped that irritating practice. If they haven't, shame on 'em

I ordered a rug and never received it. They have not been helpful. Promised to ship another rug. That did not happen.

We purchase from Overstock the Samsun Washer Dryer (Gas Dryer). After 2 weeks was deliver all wrapped so you cannot see what inside The driver refused to wait to open and inspect, he told us the package not damage very little English speaking driver. So we open and recognize it is the totally different items what Overstock show in his website on the pictures. We called Customer service the agent also recognize the differences also the pedestal's was missing. She told us need to transfer us to the Electrical department. she get back on the phone and told us someone will call us back after 3-5 Business days. We receive the phone call and the gentleman recognize the differences he ask to send the pictures from the delivered items. he told us he will call on Monday - nobody called we saw on the website the RA # initiated and the re -deliver start to process- but after 1 days the re-deliver was cancelled and when we called was told us it is out of stock no info when going to have this style again. so I here with no Washer Dryer I paid for the scheduled installation and take 2 days off from work to wait for the deliver and the next day installations. It is totally unacceptable we understand mistakes but should find the solutions but do not want to try anything. I do not recommend to buy anything from Overstock

I placed an order for two rugs on Monday. I put my name and billing address but somehow used my boyfriends card number ( which was on file). I immediately saw what had happened and called customer service within the hour. I explained to the lady why I needed to cancel but that I would reorder with the correct credit card information. I look online and see both orders are being processed so I online chat and the lady says that the problem will be fixed. Then today ( two day later) I get an email stating that they shipped both orders. I will never shop with Overstock again.

Bought a rug, paid via PayPal which clearly states my shipping address as Glasgow, UK (also provided to them separately on their page as billing & shipping address). Email today saying it had been delivered to Florida! Contacted Customer rep who INSISTED I provided them with Florida address (I've never even *been* to Florida) despite my having evidence to the contrary AND it being labelled an 'international order'. Why would something going from California to Florida be labelled international? It wouldn't! Rep refused to cancel order and refund so issued a chargeback via PayPal. Hope that random person in Flordia with, apparently, the same name as me is enjoying their new rug.
