They never sent me the products i paid for.

The box my item arrived in was in perfect condition, as was the outer plastic the item - a blanket - was wrapped in. I opened it about a week later to wash and put on my bed, and discovered the blanket was VERY wet and musty smelling. The blanket clearly got wet before being stuffed in plastic and boxed up. The outer plastic was perfectly dry, as was the box, but inside was a different story. Gross. Praying it was just water!!! I contacted Overstock and after saying they would follow up with me, they never did. I replied to them again in the hope that it would prompt a response, but nothing. Very, very poor customer service.

I made the purchase a couple of Rugs from their store. They scheduled to ship on Monday 12th when I called them on Monday someone from their customer care confirmed me it's shipped already but without tracking no. I wait until a week of time and again called to ask the status, they said me to wait at least 15 days. Can you believe that? When I called again back to them after 2 weeks they said me that you order has been already canceled and payment returned to your card already? What? After me asking I didn't receive any cancellation email, someone from there Jenny said that tech error. From that day i decided not to make any single item purchase from them. Recently i ordered from my new searched website call brandcruz.com, and they gave me same rugs in 92 which is overstock 128. The most impressive part is they delivered it within 8 days. One of the people came here to unpack and spread it in our bedroom area.

More than eight days and one of my perfumes still in proccesing status then try to contact customer service live and one of their associates kemp couldn't tell me nothing about the status of my order because he or she only have the same information i have so i wasted my time plus i ask them to give me my money back and then they say they will contact me in one or two business days after waiting for my perfume for more than a week and they have no idea what is going on ??? Really ??? Wow how profesional !!! I wont buy nothing from this website again thats for sure.

My wife ordered a bed on the first of may today is June 21st still waiting. When we have been able to talk with someone about what's going on they make all kinds of excuses and give you a new delivery date that was today guess what it did not arrive I think that overstock should be so ashamed. Update today is July the 6 and still no bed imagine that

Overstock Garden zojuist gebeld net voordat ik onze bestelling van 600 Euro wilde plaatsen. Blijkt dat ze geen retour accepteren (zowel na aanschaf online als in de winkel). Lijkt me toch minimaal Europees recht. Geeft weinig vertrouwen dus helaas lopen ze onze bestelling mis.

I ordered two men's shirts (DeVinci brand). I payed almost $50.00 each. They were labeled XL, but we're so small, I could barely button them. They were hemmed in the wrong direction and one with a large print didn't even have the pattern matched. This brand projects to be high-end, but you get much higher quality in a $12.00 shirt from Walmart. This is the first negative experience I've had at Overstock.com. Just don't order the DeVinci brand clothing.

Onze tuinset, 4 jaar gelden gekocht, ter waarde van 1750€ kunnen we niet meer gebruiken. Er is geen garantie meer op wordt ons meegedeeld.Pech!Geen enkele vorm van tegemoetkoming. Steeds zorg gedragen voor dit meubilair, heeft zelfs nooit in de regen gestaan want het staat beschut onder een afdak. Het materiaal, wicker, is waardeloos! De plastiek(Wicker) valt in stukken uiteen! Een schande. Ik ga nu een officiële klacht indienen.
