I have a complaint concerning my order First Class Mail #9400 1169 0114 4123 3334 72 for ink jets. I have ordered before and they worked well; however, this batch of double 12 Canon 251 ink jets does not work on my Canon 7500 printer. Don't know why. Had to go out and buy Canon brand ink jets to get the printer to work again. One thing different with these is that they did not have a tab to pull before putting them into the printer. I am ashamed of this company. I ordered an oversize order that I understood would take weeks to deliver. However what I did not expect was for the company to misquote their delivery times within an email and then over the phone. (I received two very different quotes). Secondly, my order sat in processing well after multiple calls to the warehouse to identify the estimated shipping. Two weeks after it was supposed to ship it finally did. Come to get a call from the local delivery company to schedule a date and we asked about the additional offers available listed on the Oversized delivery policy on Overstock.com website. We wanted the item placed in the location we were to keep it (600lbs delivery). The shipping company stated they only bring it to us. It was our responsibility to get it off the truck!!! That is absurd and I for one was not going to have it. I called customer service for the n'th time and stated this was not acceptable. They mentioned my order was only available for curbside and not available for the special delivery options (even if I wanted to pay extra). This was a shock to me since I read carefully before placing my order. Had I known I would not have ordered from this company. However they did state the shipping should at least take it off the truck. There is an issue between overstock and the shipping area for oversized items that needs to be addressed and buyer be warned they may not offer the options stated (even though it did not mention 'exclusions applied to ...'). I was extremely upset and refused shipping and demanded a refund for the full price. I will never order from them again! Update 9/7/17 They have issued a full refund and covered the return shipping cost. I'm at least satisfied with the fact they took accountability.

I ordered a wood desk for my office. When I received the desk the top had a large gouge out of one corner. Contacted Overstock customer support and they arranged for a replacement part (this is the good part). The desktop weighs about 185 pounds and overstock refused to take away the original damaged part, they expect me the customer to dispose of the damaged part. No other retailer would expect this, I had to pay 100 dollars to get the part moved up one flight of stairs, now they expect me to pay for this again to move the damaged part downstairs and pay the disposal fee. This is really customer support. I take this as a lesson learned and will never buy from overstock again. I can see from other reviews that I am not alone with this type of problem.

Tijdje terug in de Overstock winkel in Eindhoven een tuintafel gekocht met bijbehorende stoelen en kussens. Uiteindelijk bleek bij levering dat het blad van de tuintafel een beschadiging heeft. Deze klacht hebben we binnen de afgesproken termijn kenbaar gemaakt aan de klantenservice (die overigens niet telefonisch bereikbaar is). De klantenservice geeft aan dat zulke beschadigingen kunnen voorkomen en dat dit ligt aan het materiaal van het blad (composiet). Vreemd genoeg heeft de tuintafel in de showroom geen dergelijke beschadigingen/onvolkomendheden. Na mailcontact over en weer en enkele bezoeken aan de winkel, is de conclusie dat we het blad (+/- 50 kg en diameter van 1,60m) zelf op eigen kosten kunnen omruilen met het blad in de showroom. Is dit de service van tegenwoordig?

This is a SCAM company. I ordered 2 backpacks worth more than 50 USD and wanted to pay with bitcoin to try this currency. Overstock then stop the order and write they will return the money I had transferred to them. They did not return my money and for more than 2 weeks have ignored my mails. So if you like paying for nothing, Overstock is the company to try. And do not complain about the customer service, since they dont have any.

Just bought a massage chair from this company. Tried to cancel order two hours after purchase. Told chat support that based on my recent back surgery and my wife's hand arthritis I needed to buy locally so as to have a delivery that would assemble the three hundred pound chair. Was told order was already to ship from warehouse and could not be cancelled. This was at 2:30 am on Saturday. That someone would call in 24 hrs. Chair arrived Wednesday and customer support called Friday. No respect for Seniors or disabled. They operate like they are gasping their last breathe. If so WELL DESERVED!

WAY over priced for home decor. Bought 2 peices. Both junk..... for $60-ish each. One arrived smashed. The other was worth about $40 retail. .....To recap: IF not damaged, pay 33% over value. BAD purchase. Product descriptions do not meet expectations.

I ordered a pair of boots before travelling to Australia. It was summer here in US so they wasny much variety available in stores. Turned out overstock sent me the Wrong color! I hd ordered a brown and they sent me a Stone! The customer service was so crappy except for a sorry and routine label they did nothing. I told them I have only two days left for my flight and cant order from elsewhere...requested if they could ship overseas. But NO consideration from overstock! Not even a coupon! Or any other sort of compensation!
