Overstock.comReviews of overstock.com

Here is a copy of my review I left recently on Overstock.com I doubt they will approve it so here I am. First off this router rocks..its fast, full of great options and is easy to set up.. worth noting on this particular item/seller.. The poor review is due to the following, the sellers description is as follows "ITEM#: 21634536 Asus Wireless-AC5300 Tri-Band Gigabit Router Includes Two Year Warranty The Asus RT-AC5300 is a tri-band wireless AC5300 gigabit router and along with WD 1TB Ultra USB 3.0 Secure Portable Hard Drive. which led me to believe there was a 1TB included" , which I verified thru a Overstock cust. svc rep as it was included.. before I actually ordered it.. only to find out that now it seems its not.. the seller iSave did little and Overstock isn't standing behind what was stated either.. so as they say Buyer Beware!!

I’d give 0 if I could. Never even signed up for emails or went on the website - at least 3 emails a day of spam, tried to cancel, impossible. Verging on harassment. I don’t even know if the goods are any good but this alone is a reason not to use them.

They sent me someone else’s order. Then refused to do anything until I sent back the other order. I bought my item as a birthday present so it’s absolutely moot now. I’m hoping I actually get what I ordered some day but I’m expecting to just be out 50+ dollars. Don’t use the text feature for help because they are insulting and incompetent . My first experience will be my last.

SCAM ARTISTS! Stay away, UK based company who ship broken items from China then ask you to send back to CHINA at your own EXPENSE for them to consider a refund! STAY AWAY!

So, I went to Overstock.ca and ordered an electric blanket. When I paid, they added a big customs charge which I thought I would avoid by ordering it through a 'Canadian' company. I shouldn't have bought it, but did anyway. Then the tracking number they gave me stopped at the Canadian border. It actually showed it as 'delivered'. I went online and 'chatted' with someone who explained that it was delivered to a hub! Great for the hub! Then someone called me back to give me another tracking number for Sprintstar. No sprinting has been evident. On that tracking number my package has been sitting 'in vehicle - out for delivery' for days. And there's no way to get to Sprintstar. I will never buy from overstock.ca (which has nothing to do with Canada) again!

Purchased a pricey Diane von Furstenberg Black Wool Wrap Coat from Overstock (vendor is KOTORE). This long coat is ridiculously tight in the shoulders, you gotta order two sizes larger than shown. Got a return authorization and shipped it back to seller who still has not issued the credit. Quite frustrating! a month later they refuse to credit my account forcing me to submit a chargeback request with my card issuer. OVERSTOCK DOES NOT HAVE CONSUMER RECOURSE OR OVERSIGHT OVER THESE UNETHICAL VENDORS! Buy elsewhere or get screwed like we did.
