They post awesome promotional interest free offers, but when you apply for the credit card and purchase the items, they charge you full interest. When you tell them you purchased it under the promotional offer, they reply stating you have no promotion associated with your account. Horrible business practices!

The customer service is TERRIBLE!!!!!!!! Do not shop with this company!

Swindlers. Paid the order through bitcoin, they cancelled it. Money did not return, writes that at payment there was other purse.

Ik ben nog nooit zo klantonvriendelijk behandeld geweest toen ik wat meer informatie vroeg over de levering van mijn stoelen. 0,0 commerciele feeling, mijn vragen ontwijken, mij helemaal niet verder helpen & mij zelf op extra kosten jagen. Ik koop nooit iets meer van hen!

Wij hebben pas geleden een hele tuinset gekocht bij Exterioo Eindhoven (oude naam Overstock). We zijn in de showroom in Eindhoven erg vriendelijk behandeld door Alan, hij is de bedrijfsleider daar. Hij heeft de tijd voor ons genomen en ons van alle informatie voorzien. Niks was hem te veel moeite. Een zeer klantvriendelijke benadering. De tuinset is zeer snel geleverd. Vooraf krijg je een sms-je over diverse dingen: dat de betaling voldaan moet worden, dat de betaling is ontvangen, het tijdstip van de levering, dat de chauffeur onderweg is en zelfs hoeveel ruimte je vrij moet houden voor de vrachtwagen die de spullen komt brengen. Heel netjes. Van alle artikelen was er een artikel beschadigd en via een foto en een mail naar de service afdeling werd dit snel opgepakt. Wij hebben de schade ook gemeld bij Alan; de bedrijfsleider van Exterioo Eindhoven en hij heeft alles voor ons in de gaten gehouden. Hij heeft erna ons ook gebeld om te vragen of de melding goed was opgepakt. Hij heeft zelfs later nog gebeld om te vragen of de nieuwe levering goed is gegaan. Hele goede service van Alan. Het nieuwe artikel was er ruim een week erna dus ook weer erg snel. Nu staat de hele tuinset te stralen in onze tuin en we zijn er erg blij mee. Dus als je het ons vraagt dan ga zeker naar Exterioo in Eindhoven want dan heb je straks net als wij een prachtige tuinset.

They advertise this dining table so I placed an order only to receive two chairs, so I called in to make sure when the next order was made it would be an complete 5 piece dining table set. The representative ensured me it was and he placed the order. They stated I would receive it on March 1 I received it on March 12 on my front porch when it was to be left on the patio. Open the box and it’s only a table and missing parts. So now I’m stuck with this 💩.

It's unfortunate that we can't give "Zero Stars".... I tried cancelling a vacuum cleaner LESS than ONE day after placing the order. Even though it was "still in process", they would NOT let me cancel the order, but shipped something I did not want and so now I am being stuck with more than $25 in "return shipping charges" to return something i did NOT want! Buyer beware - these people are scammers!!

As an active duty service member, I get club O for free. I used to think that the program was a great deal. I’ve spent a bit of money over the years with overstock and decided to opt out of club o and shop elsewhere about 2 years ago. I’d received some shipments of damaged furniture and the service I received in rectifying this was poor. Currently, I rejoined club o and ordered some things that I found cheaper elsewhere. I initiated 2 price match guarantees and got the run-around on both of them. The condensed version of my experience is that 9/10 of the items that are for sale at overstock are found cheaper elsewhere. Even with their coupons, sales, and 5% back in rewards/ rewards for reviews. I stayed with overstock because of the so-called perk of price matching that they don’t actually fulfill. I followed every guideline, and still they didn’t fulfill their guarantee. I’ll never shop there again. I’ll never recommend it to any other service member. The company is scamming people out of their money.
