I order the Safavieh Levinson Mid-Century Gold Cap Brown Coffee Table and end table. The drawers on the original order were broken. The company wouldn't send replacement parts so they sent replacement tables so I can use them as replacement parts. Upon delivery of the replacement table, 2 drawers again were broken. I was able to switch out drawers and finally had a complete set of tables. I made arrangements with overstock to have the bad tables picked up. They arranged an UPS pickup. The tables were picked up, however 2 days later my account was credited the cost of the original tables because they weren't returned. I am furious! Almost $600 was taken out of my checking account. I am expecting a credit IMMEDIATELY and I will never place another order with them.

We ordered queen size bed sheets on Dec 17 with a promised delivery date of Dec 22. Shipment lost in transit and Overstock is dragging feet on resolution. The original shipment label was found to be illegible in-transit and a re-printed label caused it to reverse direction and head back to NY (after already having been in Massachusetts). The shipment has been handed off from FedEx to USPS (supposedly the local post office) and is still (3 weeks later) lost in USPS in Brooklyn NY. I've repeatedly asked Overstock to cancel the lost shipment but they will not cooperate. They want to wait until it's delivered before refunding any money -- and no one knows when that'll be.

Beware of Overstock. I will never make another purchase from them and I’m closing my account. I bought a Gucci wallet and watch from them and returned items immediately but Overstock sent a bill before they received the items which I didn’t pay because items were no longer in my possession. They assessed a late fee. Say what??? When I called to complain they claimed it was reversed but there was still a balance of $37. After speaking with three customer agents nobody knew what the the $37 was for which I still refused to pay. So I received a call from a collection agency I presume, requesting payment and I declined to pay because no one could tell me what the $37 was for. Well come to find out it’s a restocking fee for the wallet. I’ve never seen that small detail on their website. How much does it take to put a wallet back? So because I didn’t pay $37 they’ve added another late fee. You would think such a large company would just waive the restocking fee but they would rather continue to harass and ruin my credit. I’m still disputing at this point. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

I have ordered several items from Overstock and have always had a great experience! I have ordered two bedroom benches, living room light, bedding, beautiful curtains and Dermalogica face soap from them and the prices have always been better than retail. The items have been great quality too! I also signed up for the O Rewards and that has been so beneficial because I earn dollars towards future purchases.

I placed an order, they had my address incorrect from a previous "send to" order a year ago, as i was deleting that address a pop up appears "your order is placed". I contacted via email to cancel was told i cant cancel, i replied i would just dispute with credit card they then said they could cancel but my card was still charged, then told wait 4 to 5 days, 10 days later still no credit to my card. BUYER BEWARE, READ THESE REVIEWS B4 DOING BUSINESS WITH

Never got my order, and am still fighting for a refund. DO NOT SHOP WITH THEM

We purchased a barstool on ebay for $ 186.00 It was being sold by Overstock. The product was defective and we returned it with the intention ( as was stipulated we could do) to replace the item. Instead they issued a refund without notifying us. I called overstock directly and told them I wanted to replace the item. They said they could not do that however I could repurchase it for $ 330.00 less a 14% discount which amounted $ 289.00. This was over $ 100.00 more than we originally paid. They said that was the best they could do. Never will I buy from these crooks again.

This place is horrible. I ordered a bed and only part of it came in. I have contacted then several times and they haven't given me any information and I still haven't recieved the rest of the bed. I wish i could give this a zero star rating. I will never shop with them again
