A Truly awful product - avoid. I purchased 2 Sidekick Sleeper - Sleep Buddy - Sleep Buddy pillows. When they arrived they where thin and poorly made. I request a return of the product and they informed me I can not return them as they were in a sale. This contravenes the Consumer Rights Act. This is clearly a con selling poor products at inflated prices and then saying they are in a sale. I would strongly recommend not using this company.

I'm taking a minute to write a review on the consistent outstanding shopping experiences I had many times with Overstock. The customer service associates are always polite, helpful and humane. I shop furnitures for my home and business and accesories for my parrots and I sometimes throw one or two high end cosmetic products in my cart since I'm too busy to shop at boutiques. Briefly: I recently made a mistake and ordered the wrong cage for my new Indian Ringneck Parrot. ( not big enough for it's very long tail). I realized that I made a mistake ordering the wrong Pet Prevue cage's model 48 hours after placing the order. I called Overstock CS in hope to cancel the shipment and the Overstock associate was able to: - Retrack the package back to Overstock warehouse, refund me immediatly and place an order for the correct cage. All of this on a Saturday evening. The lady associate who took care of my issue that day was friendly, relax, grounded and efficient. Today I realized that in fact every time I pick up the phone to place an order or return an item with Overstock it's always a positive experience. Keep on the good work.

I have been ordering through overstock since last 2018 and have enjoyed their service for two reasons: My items arrived safely and without damage, second, they prompt you when your order has been placed and when it is being shipped out. Last March 28 at 11:05am PT, I ordered an item. I reached out to customer service on the same day at 12:14PMPT. He/She said she/ he will try to stop the shipment and that someone will reach out to me after 1-2 business days. On March 29, at 6:09amPT, I received a message saying the item has been shipped. From the time I made a request, no one reached out to me for any follow throughs. On the same day at 6: 23am PT or 14 mins later, I reached out to customer service again and told them I cancelled the item. I also sent the photos of text history to the representative. The representative apologized and said he/she sent an email requesting to contact UPS to cancel the delivery of the item. April 3 at 5:05pmPT, I received a message that items were delivered. It is so disappointing how there were no follow through or updates and I get charged $50+ to return the item. It's not rocket science to be in a customer service position and not be able to efficiently handle an issue from start to finish. They were satisfied with the fact that they were able to make the request and not care what goes on after. Not even a courtesy message or call to let me know that the warehouse or UPS cannot do anything about the cancellation of shipment and delivery.

I ordered a matress was not pleased at all i need another one did not last at all

Purchased an item on Overstock.com; shipping info continues to show delivery expected by 3/31 (it's already 4/5). Chatted yesterday to resolve the issue...told that they had to contact their "partner department" to find out what was going on. Chatted today again, asking what news they had...told to wait 'til tomorrow. How can they not access tracking info for their own sales??? Last time I'll order from them.

One star is too many for this company. They are terrible. I bought earrings. They were not as pictured. Returned and it cost me $70.00. They did not say that I would be responsible for return shipping and insurance. All reviews said they returned jewelry and never said it cost them any thing.. Very very upset that it literally made me sick with remorse. I am so physically upset that I cannot think of anything else. Why would a company be so corrupt. I am going to buy earrings but it will definitely not be with these people. When I was at UPS they were shocked and I told them to tell everyone they know about overstock and I certainly will too. Caused me a lot of stress.
