Ordered some sunglasses a week ago. They said it would be delivered tomorrow (the 30th) but the status still said “processing order” even the day before it was supposed to be delivered so I knew it probably wasn’t going to be delivered on time. Turns out, they were never going to deliver it because they sent me an email the day before the supposed delivery date stating that they could not complete my order due to high demand of the product. So they took my money and had me waiting for a week just to tell me they never had a product to sell me. I would have at least appreciated a coupon code or something to compensate for the time I was waiting when I could have gone and bought them from somewhere else. It was a gift for somebody and now they will receive it late.

Bad experience. I ordered matching rugs for my new home to go on each side of my bed. Received 2 different rugs. One was correct. Sent one back. Received the wrong one again. Called customer service again. Asked if I could send a picture of the correct one. Nope. “Got it”, they said. Received for the 3rd time, the wrong one. I didn’t bother to call back. Very disappointed and now I have mismatched rugs. Terrible customer service.

Aweful experience. I did not get the comforter set yet.

Geloof maar niets van die grote klanttevredenheid die ze tentoonstellen op hun website. Als je hier kijkt + op de site van testaankoop, zie je de ware ervaringen van klanten van Overstock Garden. Wij hadden een tuinmeubelset gekocht, tafel + 6 stoelen. Deze werden thuis geleverd en bij het uitpakken hadden we ontdekt dat 1 van de 6 stoelen beschadigd was. Ik had onmiddellijk foto's genomen en een klacht opgemaakt op de site. Daar kreeg ik direct reactie, dat de stoel mocht omgeruild worden in de dichtstbijzijnde winkel. Dat vond ik zeer positief. We gaan naar de winkel om de stoel om te ruilen (50km heen en terug) en daar krijgen we een stoel mee, MET EXACT DEZELFDE BESCHADIGING. Ze hadden niet gekeken als ze die klaarnamen. Dus naar huis zonder stoel. We hadden gevraagd of ze de nieuwe stoel dan konden leveren, zodat we weer niet speciaal naar daar moesten rijden, maar dat werd geweigerd. Klantendienst gecontacteerd maar daar ook een njet. Een week later telefoon, onze nieuwe stoel is er, ik vraag of ze die nagekeken hebben, het antwoord is vlakaf "neen". Even later krijg ik toch de bevestiging dat de stoel oké is. Dus weer eens (50km heen en terug) om de stoel op te halen. Deze keer was hij niet beschadigd maar zat vol vieze vlekken. We weigeren de stoel natuurlijk. Ik open mijn dossier bij de klantendienst nogmaals om ze te overtuigen om deze keer dan toch een geste te doen en die stoel te leveren. Dit werd alweer geweigerd. Nu eisen zij dat ik voor de 3de keer 50km rij om die stoel op te halen. Ik ben benieuwd wat er nu weer aan zal schelen.

Un très large choix de meuble de jardins et un chaleureux accueil et un excellent service des conseillers à Herstal ! Rien à redire, je fais bon usage de mon transat avec ce grand soleil ! :D

I checked out their site because I had heard a lot about it on TV through the years. Their prices are ridiculous. I will never order from them as their "great low prices" or however they promote it is a blatant lie. After reading the reviews I am even more against this company (and many others) for selling subpar items at insane costs and then charging people more insane costs if they need to return an item. Greedy companies. That is all they are.

I placed an order 1 month ago, have not received it but was charged for it on the day after my order. I have politely sent 4 requests for information about my order, via their 'customer service' messaging, and have heard nothing. In all my years of successful online shopping, I have NEVER HAD THIS COMPLETE DISREGARD, NON CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND NO RECEIPT OF MY ORDER! What other action can I as a consumer do about this situation, company non credibility.

False advertising. Wanted to return a carpet due to terrible quality. They wanted to charge a shipping fee of $86, 45% of the original cost of the item. Highly unacceptable. Offered free return if I became a member for $19.99. They then said my return was actually an in-store credit. In store credits are NOT refunds. None on this is mentioned on the return landing page. DO NOT PURCHASE unless you are 1000% sure you want the item with no concern if quality is poor.
