This was my first and now the only interaction I will have with Overstock. My order was placed on 4/26/19, the payment didn't go through until 4/29/19 which is when I was supposed to receive the order. On 5/3/19 the status claimed that the product shipped, after constantly sending daily emails to their customer service I finally got a text that the product shipped on 5/13/19. They need to change the 3-5 DAY shipping to 3-5 WEEK shipping to be more honest with their customers. It's sad that my Wish order from China got to me quicker than something coming from the USA.

Net een levering van hen gehad die op een heel onprofessionele manier geleverd werd en dan nog willen ze hun fout niet inzien.

em: I have a Club O Membership which offers free returns. I recently purchased an item on the Overstock website that listed as a “marketplace Seller”. I was able to use my Club O reward dollars on the purchase as well as earning Club O points in the purchase. It was shipped for free per the terms of my Club O Membership. But when I went to return the item, I was told that I would be charged a 50% restocking fee as well as the shopping cost. After 3 hours and 4 customer service agents I was told that due to being a 3rd party vendor my membership doesn’t apply so no free return for me! What?? My membership applied to every other aspect of the purchase and there is absolutely NO disclaimer stating that Club O Memberships are not valid on Marketplace vendors purchases. When I spoke to Curtis, Dominique, Donna and Naomi, I was also told that “you should have known” and “your points are absolutely not applied (which they were” and “ nothing we can do”. I asked all of them to pointt out any terms and conditions that listed this caveat to the membership and not one of them could direct me to it. Then it was back to “you should have known”. I truly believe that this is a bait and switch and I am wondering if there is a class action out there because certainly it is affecting others. I have filed with the Attorney General as well. Overstock.com’s customer service truly lags behind the industry standard. When I mentioned to one of the agents that my Amazon Prime membership covers outside vendors they stated “we're not Amazon”. I can attest to that. Save yourself the trouble and go with another company. These guys are truly substandard.

Found a dishwasher i was interested in. Price match of 400$ difference in Home Depot, Target etc The catch? Why are the appliances sooooo expensive on Overstock, BE AWARE! Secondly when i want the price fix they want you to pay in full first, then go thru a process of ' likely' but 'not' guaranteed price match. Overstock is made for those who trip and fall into financial traps. People please be carefull!!!!!

Wij hebben onze meubelen eindelijk ontvangen... Wil je compensatie kunnen claimen? Stuur dan een aangetekende zending (ingebreke stelling) waar je inzet dat ze zich niet houden aan de afgesproken leverdatum, zet in de aangetekende zending een datum waarop ze moeten leveren (bv redelijke levertermijn 2 weken na beloofde datum) en zet in je brief dat je je anders beroept op het recht om af te zien van je aankoop. Doe je dit niet dan heb je juridisch gezien geen been om op te staan en blijven ze de levertermijn achteruit zetten en ga je ook geen compensatie krijgen! Wij hebben na dreigen / roepen / aangetekende zending / contact testaankoop.... een waardebon gekregen van 110 euro. Tip : Blijf volhouden en laat niet met je voeten rammelen! Je koopt daar meubelen en bent klant. Je hebt wel degelijk rechten! Laat je niet intimideren door regeltjes uit hun "verkoopovereenkomst" waar ze spreken over een richtdatum om te leveren. eens je je factuur betaald hebt moeten ze binnen 14 dagen leveren. DAT STAAT IN HUN CONTRACT. ALS ZE ZICH HIER NIET AANHOUDEN PLEGEN ZE CONTRACTBREUK. Ze gaan dat niet toegeven in mails of aan de telefoon MAAR HET IS WEL ECHT ZO!!! Voor onze situatie: Het is niet okay om je klanten 2 maanden voor levering hun volledige rekening te laten betalen. Op deze manier kan je als firma een grote financiële reserve aanleggen op de kap van je klanten... Ze vergeten daar blijkbaar dat EEN KLANT GEEN BANK IS en als ze geld willen lenen bij MIJ dan kies ik zelf de rentevoet wel van die "lening". VOLHOUDEN DUS!!! Aangetekende zending sturen en als ze zich niet houden aan redelijke levertermijn (=2de kans om te leveren) die jij voorstelt compensatie eisen of aankoop laten annuleren via rechtbank!

Delivery on something I purchased changed three times then I got a text saying the item was out of stock a month later. Horrible Customer service. They said they would try and find the lost package but after 4 days they would cancel my order. Stick with Amazon!

Op 20/01/‘19 een kast besteld. Deze zou 15/03 geleverd worden, partner had dit geregeld op z’n werk en kon thuis zijn. Enkele dagen eerder kregen we te horen dat dit niet zou lukken en dat de levering werd uitgesteld naar 10/05. M’n partner opnieuw een dag congé aangevraagd. Op 26 april telefoon dat de levering nogmaals wordt opgeschoven naar 28/05. Ik leg uit dat wij hier niet mee kunnen lachen. Vraag of er enige vorm van compensatie is (twee verlofdagen kwijt voor niks) en als de levering niet kan plaatsvinden door de schuld van de consument moet je €75 betalen. Kort antwoord aan de telefoon; “neem contact op met de klantendienst”! Hen gemaild en er is geen enkele vorm van compensatie mogelijk. Ook de aankoop annuleren zou niet lukken?! Als consument heb je toch ook rechten! Wij hebben 26 mei een feest bij ons thuis en hadden toch echt wel gedacht dat de kast er zou staan tegen dan!! Enorm teleurgesteld, in de laattijdig levering, maar vooral in het feit dat zij geen medeleven tonen!

I am new to overstock. I have had nothing but bad luck with everything I have ordered. I've returned everything I have ordered. Bath rugs fell apart. Shoes were to small. Or the white tennis shoes were yellow. Everything is old or just junk. I also get to pay restocking fee for shoes. Why because they are not right. That makes no sense. I will not be ordering again.
