UPDATE: *BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT ORDER!* I sent this ring back a month ago to a UPS box per Overstock's instruction. They say they never received it and so are just keeping my money despite the fact that I gave them a date, time, and location of UPS drop box I used and every other box I shipped out the same time. They told me to call UPS if I wanted any resolution... I've never worked with an ecommerce brand that made me do their work for them. Trash company. It took 1 phone call with UPS to get this sorted so please know their customer service will do 0 work for you. I hope you love calling call centers if you order this! The side stones look like a flaw and the Morganite fell out like the fifth time I wore this ring. I'm very delicate with my jewelry and careful to take it off before washing hands, it's the last thing I put on and the first thing I take off. I would say dollar store jewelry is a better bet than this. Truly sad because I eyed this ring for a year before I bought. I'll update with what overstock decides to do with this issue.

Awful. The few 4 and 5 star reviews are by the desperate people who foolishly purchased Overstock stock, and are now desperate to save this failing company. Just laughable. Overstock is overpriced vs Amazon, ebay, and other online retailers, and their nonexistent customer service is so subpar they can't even sniff Wayfair's feet. The majority of their junk, especially nearly all of their furniture, are shipped directly from manufacturers in China who have no quality control in place and will ship out defects, missing parts, missing hardware, etc knowing the buyer can't ship the item back to China at exorbitant shipping prices. This safeguards their unethical practices. Chinese vendors have subsidized shipping by their government making Chinese vendors pay very little for shipping from out of their country. It's the same vendor strategies used by some sellers on Aliexpress. No wonder Overstock's former CEO sold all his shares off. Customer service and satisfaction is 80% of repeat business method. Overstock went the way of the Chinese; don't care, try to get away with taking every penny from the consumer and try to find new suckers to rip off. A very bad business model. Just crazy.

I asked for information on what screw was utilized for a table I purchased a while back (still being sold) and provided a product code for the item. I waited over 30 minutes for a response. I was told that information was not available and offered no other assistance. However, when I first purchased the table the screws were missing and I was shipped the screws so I know the information is available (these are not ordinary screws obviously or I would just go to the local Home Depot/Lowes). They said they would be able to assist me if I had purchased the table recently but since I had not there was nothing further they could do. They suggested I contact the manufacturer and I asked for the contact information. Radio silence for another 5 to 10 minutes. I expressed a desire to leave a review for the poor service to which suddenly I was 'assisted' with the contact information and assurance they do not have that information and they are 'so sorry.' Now I have a table that is completely unusable until I can jerry-rig a solution to put it together. I just needed to know what screw I should go buy. It was not a difficult question.

I ordered an expensive espresso machine as a Christmas gift immediately after Thanksgiving. When it finally arrived two weeks later it was the wrong color item. I called Overstock.com immediately, at which time there was still one more listed in stock and the customer service rep entered the replacement order immediately, only to later find out that the order was subsequently canceled (I found out when I tried to track the order - no email or notification otherwise was ever sent) and told that it was no longer in stock. Overstock offered no reasonable solution for an obvious error on their end and now I am left scrambling to find the item elsewhere. I also wasted plenty of time with customer service and driving the return package to a UPS store (I was told it was not an option to have UPS pick up the package). The only reason that I gave one star is because there is no option for zero. I will no longer order from Overstock.com.

If you buy the Membership for $20/year and then become a student, teacher, military, etc. you are SOL on keeping ANY of the rewards YOU EARNED already. Aka so called "customer service" informed me that I would need to pay $20 to get my $16 in credit from products I bought from them already... I used to like this company over Amazon.... but that sure changed quick. I would rather buy a product I liked less with the assurance I wasn't going to get screwed over if something happened rather than like the product more and take the gamble.....

I placed my first order in June. The item had not been shipped on DELIVERY DATE! I placed my second order, delivery date is tomorrow, has not been shipped. This is the worst customer service. Do yourself a favor and buy from Amazon, items do arrive on time and most of the time EARLY! Please tell your friends and family, this is the worst. Reviews are terrible, I can understand why!?

This site is a scam. There is absolutely no customer service. ***Beware*** unless you cancel your order, literally within 5 minutes of placing it, IT CAN NOT BE CANCELLED AND YOU WILL BE CHARGED RETURN SHIPPING! They are a broker of furniture...a website only that consolidates items. They do not own the warehouses, or the furniture. Shipping is all subcontracted out, with no motivation (warehouse probably getting paid by the piece shipped)on the part of the subs to cancel anything! I ordered a table that came up under the Counter height dining table filter. Only problem was, it was not counter height! I tried to cancel less than 24 hours later, the warehouse was closed so no action taking place on my cancellation date. However the East Indian call center only had the option to send a "request" for cancellation, which of course was never accepted or acknowledged by the shipping warehouse. I got an email next business day at the crack of dawn saying my order could not be cancelled and was shipped. NOW I AM OUT 101.00 ON MY REFUND FOR RETURN SHIPPING, FOR AN ITEM THAT FILTERED WRONG! Not my fault they have no way to quickly contact the warehouse, or maybe they just don't want to. No one makes money in this scam, Overstock, warehouse, shipper, if the order is cancelled. And they clearly do no care about customer satisfaction or they would not operate this way. I had 6 other items in my cart....all deleted by me. I will never use this company again, I suggest you do same.
