AHHHH... I just realized that Overstock doesn't allow to place posts on their FB page, so I'll use what I can: last month, I bought from Overstock a table. It took (almost) a month for it to arrive. Unfortunately, I have missed the opportunity to use it for Thanksgiving as I wanted. Why? Because the delivery company couldn't care less. I ordered a dark GRAY table, and I got a BROWN one. So I called them and asked to return it. They asked me to take a photo of the table and send it to them if I want to be refunded and don't want to pay the refund fee (W#F?!). They want to see that it is BROWN and not GRAY, as I said... In their eyes, if they write on the website that it is gray, so-- it's gray (W#F2?!?!). The returned fee is 20% from the order. 20%!!. It is rude, a robbery, and awful customer service. I am so mad!

Purchased furniture that I was supposed to receive 12/3/2019, tracked the package on the morning of 12/4/2019 and UPS still has not received. I contacted overstocks customer support and they said well need 2 business days to get back to you. two business days when its already pas the deliver date...what a joke!

I purchased an end table yesterday and the table is $7.50 cheaper and Overstock would not price match. Extremely disappointed and will never purchase anything from Overstock again.

Worst COMPANY ever to deal with if you have to return!! Stay far away from them!

I ordered a tv stand. The description was misleading first of all but that isn’t even my issue. It went on sale for $75 less and I noticed it two days later but didn’t contact them until 3 days later. Customer service was horrible and rude. They said I had to contact within 48 hours. When I ordered and tried to enter my coupon code for being a first time buyer, it wouldn’t work. Well, now I’m a last time buyer and they can suck it.

I purchased 4 beautiful swivel bar stools and a leather chair. All were beautiful BUT the problem is they are baby size. This furniture is so tiny it looks like it’s made for 10year old. I had to send it back and they charged 80.00 to return the stools.
