Overstock.comReviews of overstock.com

I went to Overstock.com and a spinning wheel popped up and you get to spin and it landed on 15% off. This was not for a new customer's email. I waited 24 hours but I never received the coupon, I checked my spam as well. I contacted them via chat and the person just made me wait and wait and never came up with an answer. I think it's disgraceful that this large company is being dishonest.

Worst experience ever. Completely unable to contact this company with an address change. I tried everything under the sun numerous times with no response. Didn't recieve my package or my money back. I made my payment through PayPal and they were also not able to contact this company. After several attempts they had to close the case. If I could I'd give them negative 1 star. Biggest rip off ever. Totally inept.

Bought an outdoor eucalyptus table and chairs. Table started peeling in a month even though covered. It was a cheap veneer and is falling apart. They are refusing to warranty it despite complaints within 2 months of it falling apart. Overstock says it's the "warranty" and "manufacturer's" responsibility. Pursing legal actions and a hassle. Never buy from OVERSTOCK.

I am shocked to see the poor reviews! I received a faulty product and the manufacturer told me to pound salt. I involved Rose from Overstock customer service who was excellent, she made them do the right thing while making me feel valued as a customer. Maybe all you bad reviewers are the problem.

I have been shopping on Overstock for years. I have always had great experiences with them. I ordered my daughter-in-laws Birthday present. I had it sent to her and my sons home. A few weeks later, I asked my daughter-in-law how she liked her gift. She said she never received it. I called Customer Service and explained the situation, within two days my daughter-in-law received a replacement.

I placed An order on 6/15 and my package shipped 6/16 and is still stuck with UPS lost with only one scan, 6/16! I have Reached out to Overstock for the past 3 days now and they have not provided me with a replacement nor a refund. Today is the 26th, the last scan from UPS was 6/16... they do not feel it’s lost? What kind of website is this? It’s not like I ordered Anything big, it’s a tube of foundation. I do Not recommend this site to anyone!

Order a jute rug and received it but color and tone different from the one in the picture on order page( from a honey tone to a dirthy gray). I had to return it and was charge $28. Very missleading and unfair. Even the clerk on the phone had an unfriendly tone. Never order from them again. Please be aware before considering ordering from them.
