Checked out as a guest and luckily i took a screenshot of the confirmation. I didn't receive any email confirmation, no tracking number, nothing. I had to contact them and it was so hard to get anyone. Their message system is ridiculous. I entered the order number and it was not a proper order number. "DO NOT CHECK OUT AS GUEST", there are bugs in their programming. Thank you for contacting Overstock, I'm truly sorry for the inconvenience, unfortunately I'm unable to pull up your account as the order number was the incorrect one, please provide the correct order number or the tracking number for the order so that I can verify and pull up your account and help you with the tracking information. Response received: Once again I'm really sorry for the confusion, please help me with the correct order number or the tracking number for the item so I can help you with the tracking details. If I can do anything else for you, please reply to this email and I will be happy to help. ---How do i give the right order number when that's all that i received?! I had to go to paypal and put up a dispute.

They have the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. First of all, you cannot get anyone on the phone. Then their online "chat" agents are a joke. I ordered an item that was never updated as "shipped" so I "chatted" with a customer service agent who said that it would ship later in the week, because it's "made to order". It's a metal bed frame... It's not made to order, but okay. I got my order, that never shipped, an hour after the conversation ended. The frame was missing a piece on this "custom build" so I couldn't put it together. I "chat" with someone else... She says they will look for it and mail it within 1-2 days. I ask if someone will contact me, she said they would. I ask about a confirmation. She said they will let me know if they have the part. When I asked for a number to call, so I can confirm this is being worked on, since I was lied to this morning about the shipping and "custom build", she ended the chat. I mean. I don't know how these people are still in business. I cannot even request a return, since technically my item never "shipped."

WORST COMPANY EVER!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! the WORST customer service, quality, tracking, billing, ordered many times from this website and every single thing that could go wrong has gone wrong AVOID ITS NOT WORTH IT

Worst PR ever. Does anyone have a real phone number where a real person answers? Ordered weeks ago, told three day delivery, been three weeks and told July 14th. No return calls, no one ever picked up, etc. My Phone to refute or correct this is 614-579-0046

This order has been a cluster since delivery. I was shipped two printer stands instead of a desk and a printer stand. I was given an RMA to return one of the stands. Extra stand has been sent back, in the UPS system and finally delivered back to the warehouse. The order that was placed by customer service to send the missing desk shows a status of "we have sent your order to the warehouse" which was a week ago (June 9, 2020) I am still waiting for the desk to leave the warehouse. One of their competitors, Amazon, gives credit for a return as soon as it hits the shipper database. Overstocks error in shipping is not a reason to withhold shipping the correct items. I am not a happy camper at this point. Trying to chat with CS online is non-existent. Before purchasing from overstock check these reviews on Trustpilot, I had no idea they are this bad. Just got off the phone (6/18/20) and they still can't tell me when the desk is going to ship. As the saying goes, buyer beware.

Vandaag kwamen alle meubelen binnen. Erg angstig na alle slechte reviews. Super aardige bezorgers die het voor me naar de tuin hebben getild. Ziet er allemaal top uit, geen beschadigingen.

Om iets te verkopen zijn ze super vriendelijk, misschien zelf op het randje van “te”. Onze loungeset werd geleverd door 2 personen die totaal geen respect hadden voor de goederen. We keken dan ook niet op dat onze loungeset beschadigd was. De enige manier om dit door te geven was door via de website. En dan ........ is het stil .... zeer stil. Via een betalend nummer krijgen we de boodschap : het is zeer druk en je zal moeten wachten. Ook bellen naar het filiaal heeft geen zin .. ze nemen niet op. Ik raad dan ook niemand aan om uw aankopen daar te doen (ze zijn ook niet de goedkoopste)

Ik koop daar een parasol en nadien een voetstuk Bij levering parasol beschadigd en als men een dossier opmaakt wordt er zelfs niet gereageerd wegens te druk?!?!? Voetstuk week later en tot op heeen nog steeds niets geleverd!!! Heel de zaterdag thuis gebleven niemand gezien !!onbetrouwbaar , onbeschoft en onbehulpzaam !! Maar als je moet betalen zijn ze supervriendelijk! Daarna laten ze je in de steek ! Ga alles eens doorgeven aan economische zaken over hun praktijk !!! Bedriegers ten top!!!🤬🤬🤬🤬
