My house burned to the ground on April 3, so I've bought a disproportionately high number of things from Overstock.com. My purchases and their customer support has been totally positive. I'm a very thorough shopper and their prices are also nearly always the lowest available. Shipments have been prompt and nothing has been broken. I highly recommend them. I've bought furniture, lighting, decorative items, a wonderful suitcase with real metal locks, and decorative items. The surprises with these items were all positive. They have many hand carved hardwood furniture items. Most require some assembly, but it's simple to do and they are very sturdy. I can't understand why there are so many negative reviews. I assume happy people don't bother!

En plus de 50 ans que j'achète des meubles et que j'assemble des meubles -jamais- je n'ai eu de tels problèmes! Les pattes des chaise sont bancales, Je signale que les vis sont impossibles à monter car l'angle des vis et la plaque de montage sont tellement proche que la clef Allen ne peut pas servir. On me remplace les pattes en précisant que la prochaine livraison n'aura pas de problèmes. Pattes ne sont plus bancales mais... impossible montage, outillage et vis rouillées... toujours l'angle erroné et une cinquième vis sans trou correspondant au dessous du siège de la chaise. Un vrai désastre... J'insiste pour qu'ils viennent assembler ce puzzle eux-même sinon ils n'ont qu'a me rembourser.

Ik verschoot van alle negatieve reacties. Ik bestelde een zetel en stoelen begin dit jaar bij de winkel in Sint-Niklaas. De levering werd netjes op tijd geleverd. Verder zijn er ook geen problemen met de kwaliteit van de producten. Ik ben zeer tevreden!

Tuintafel van meer dan 2000 euro gekocht. Bij levering blijkt dat we de voet niet kunnen monteren. Fout in geboorde gaten. Hierdoor kunnen we tafelblad niet uitpakken (van steen) en controleren. We hebben het veilig in de keuken gezet en onmiddellijk Overstock proberen te bellen. Helaas pindakaas ! Telefonisch niet te bereiken en op de klantendienst willen ze zelfs niet kijken naar het dossier. We krijgen binnen de 10 dagen antwoord. Overstock levert een tafel en moeten onmiddellijk minimum 10 dagen wachten om te zien of er iets nageleverd kan worden. Toch niet normaal. Deze tafel werd ook in Nederland aangeboden. Waarom een belgisch bedrijf steunen ? Jammer !!

Overstock.com misleads customers! I gave them my email to receive 12% discount. The item price was $482, when went to my shopping cart the item price was raised to $535.67 and coupon applied to this amount. What exactly do I miss in this picture???

Worst service I have experienced. I ordered 3 items on July 14th shipping to Guam so it cost me over $500 in shipping. I talked to a rep about them adding a coupon for me via chat & I was told they used the coupon and adjusted the price. I never saw the credit on my card so I chatted with again asking them where my credit was and I was told "You can't use coupons on International orders & that I was given the wrong information". He was going to do nothing about it! Luckily I saved the original chat and emailed them about it & after going off it was rectified. I called on July 27th asking where my items were because the tracking said they were still sitting in NJ. Well sure enough they were because they don't ship out until all the items are together & one of them never left the Warehouse. They had no clue what the problem was since it had been past the 10 daysark the warehouse has to get it shipped out.... Because I needed the items so bad (mattress because I don't have a bed..) I had to just cancel the item that was sitting in the warehouse so that the other items could continue on their journey. I had to refined a totally different item & reorder it. So now it's Aug. 7th & I finally got one of my items on the 5th...even though the tracking said they would both be arriving the same day. But now the tracking just says "Pending". I called FedEx & they told me that my item is STILL "in transit". Of course its my mattress...the one thing I needed the most. So they both sat in NJ for WEEKS so they could ship together...and now it seems they ended up on 2 different shipments!!?? I will NEVER be purchasing anything from Overstock.com ever again & I WILL be warning everyone I can about this company. Don't waste your time.

Slechte kwaliteit is niet meer overstock van vroeger. Dienst naverkoop trekt op niets, tafelpoot bezchadigd geleverd en ze zeggen dat het one fout is. Ze willen dan wel een commerciële geste doen om lak van dezelfde kleur te leveren. Na ontvangst van de lak breng ik die aan aan onze zwarte poot en blijkt dan grijze lak te zijn. Onze tafel is verkloot danku overstock!

I order pillow for my patio furniture. I measured my chair to ensure I was ordering the correct cushions. Unfortunately when the cushions arrived the cushions were much too big for the chairs. I had to return the cushions and was charged a shipping fee. I have never been charged a shipping fee. I think what really got me worked up was the fact I kept most of the items that I order. Here is my final statement don't use Overstock.com there are other companies that had what I needed and the return policy was much better. You are an online company you charged me an outrageous fee for the return, I promise I will never use your services again. Going forward I will stick with Amazon
