Ordered 2 outside rockers. They rust and leave stains on my patio. Called overstock, they said call manufacturer, so I did. Spent 2 hrs on phone. Manufacturer would replace with the same, but why would I want the same chairs. So they told me to call Overstock back, I did. They won't refund me my money unless I ship these huge 2 rockers back. Poor quality products and poor customer service.

overstock sent me a 14% coupon when I signed up but would not honor it for the merchandise I wanted to buy.

Overstock.com is awful, and I don't know if this is a scam or business run poorly. But simply do NOT use it. I ordered a bunk bed for my children from Overstock.com. They made us wait for several days and a day before it was supposed to arrive, they just sent us an email saying they canceled the order. We just wasted time and energy.

Vorige week 2 tuinzetels besteld . We gingen ze geleverd krijgen tussen..hou u vast..8u s morgens en 22u s avonds op zaterdag . Geen levering gekregen. Ze hadden zogezegd aangebeld en er was niemand thuis . Geen waar dus. Achteraf bleek dat ze gewoon geen tijd hadden en niet geweest zijn Mail gekregen om een nieuwe datum af te spreken. Gevolg nogmaals een dag wachten. Van 8 u tot 22u gewacht. Niet eens naar de tuin geweest om toch maar zeker te zijn dat ik de bel zou horen. In de loop v d namiddag een leveringsuur gekregen tussen 16 en 19 u en we konden de camion volgen . Alleen stond die stil in Antwerpen op de Antwerpse steenweg. Geen levering gekregen ook niet tegen 22u. Deze ochtend een mail gekregen dat we niet thuis waren . Welke leugens zijn dat. En wat kost mij dat? 2 dagen 14uur wachten..dat is nu al 28uur wachten en nog geen levering. 1 advies ...koop nooit of nooit bij overstock. Zij trekken het zich niet aan en de firma die levert houdt zich niet aan de afspraken Ik ben woest

I had a package delivered to the incorrect address by UPS, this was at no fault of Overstock. However, when trying to get this order replaced I attempted to contact Overstock over 6 times in the period of 3 weeks and was unsuccessful every time. I sent multiple emails that went unanswered, the "Chloe Beta" chat assistant would auto sign off the chat for me, and the contact number for the customer service phone line was shut off. Eventually I was able to get in contact with someone and it took over a month for a return to be sent again. Overall the process was very time consuming and frustrating.

Waited over a month for a sofa. 1st order was told that their supplier had no idea when it would ship. 2nd order never arrived. They canceled that order and sent a “replacement” (how can something be replaced if it never arrived?). 3rd order “replacement”, I was told they needed to contact the warehouse and would get back to me. Typically, I never received a follow-up from any of this. I was the one as a customer who had to reach out every time. Also, each time I was told to wait 3-4 business days for a response. Therefore, if you want furniture to actually arrive to your house DON’T ORDER FROM OVERSTOCK!!!

Worst company ever! I have never dealt with a worst company! Not worth saving a few hundred dollars. First time customer. Ordered a sectional sofa two weeks ago, received shipping notification and estimated arrival date. Sofa never arrived, called overstock, they said they would look into it and get back to me in 3-4 business days. Called back in 2 days to check on status and was told I was issued a refund because the sofa I ordered was out of stock?!? I was shocked, no follow up! Had I not called I guess I would have noticed a credit on my card?!? Meanwhile, no sofa, 3 weeks later. Customer service was horrendous. No answers no solutions to where the sofa I ordered was, just sorry mam we could offer you a $50 credit to buy more stuff from us that may or may not show up!!! Lol thanks but no thanks -Overstock over promises under delivers literally, in fact does not deliver at all! Buyer beware. Reporting to BBB and filing a complaint with our consumer protection in our State. Companies should not be allowed to do business this way. I frankly do not believe they ever had the sofa, they just took my money for 2-3 weeks and then offered a refund! They should be investigated further!

Overstock belooft 2dagen op voorhand een bericht te laten van het leveringsmoment. Het bericht wordt slechts enkele werkuren op voorhand (telefonisch) gestuurd. Bij contactname met de klantendienst wordt er onmiddellijk met de algemene verkoopsvoorwaarden gezwaaid en € 75 aangerekend. Als de gemaakte afspraaak door Overstock zelf nog niet wordt nagekomen (meer dan 2 te laat), wordt er terug contact opgenomen met de klanten dienst. Met wat ongemeende excuses wordt je weggestuurd. De verkoop is immer gerealiseerd, gelukkige klanten hebben ze bij overstock niet nodig. Bijkomend : de bestelde goederen zijn hun geld niet waard.
