Purchased a product from one of their vendors, Costway. The product was very clearly misrepresented. They showed a brown cushion on a deck lounger (and it says brown on my receipt) but sent me bright blue. I tried 3 times to just get a brown cushion, on the very uncomfortable, and poor quality lounger. The company refused. I am angry with overstock, because not only did they not intervene, they refused to post my review! Need to warn others not to buy from Costway, but I think the problem also extends to Overstock.

Ordered a lovely bench & began to panic when I had no confirmation email or reference number (luckily I took a screen shot of my order confirmation when paid) I struggled to get any response from the company & communication was extremely poor. However saying that my bench arrived just over a week later, easy to assemble, great quality & looks fantastic!

Website lies when it says order will be processed in 1-2 days. I ordered on a Saturday evening 7-25-20. Checked on order Monday no update, Tuesday no update, Wednesday no update, Thursday no update. Call customer service Friday morning and I was told the order must be lost and it would take 24-48 hours to find out what happened. I tell them to cancel order and I am told we can do that but it will take 24-48 hours to cancel. I ask if that is their standard answer and she says "Yes we always say 24-48 hours for any issue." Wish I would have ready these review before making the order. First and last time I will order from these liars.

The worst experience. My daughter bought a carpet for 34 dollars they discount in shipping and handling the return and just back 3 usd to her account. Be aware with this business

BEWARE BUYERS OVERSTOCK.COM By far the worst online scammers I’ve ever dealt with! They take your money and won’t send your item!!! At this point I don’t think I will ever see my $808.85 again... they do nothing but have their telemarketers lie to you and make you promises they will never keep!!! If you have an order you better cancel it now because you most likely will never see it! I learned my lesson and I will say it is stressfully, these people cannot tell the truth!!!

Half mei 2 ligbedden en kussens besteld die 7/7 geleverd zouden worden. Intussen mijn oude ligbedden verkocht om plaats te maken voor de nieuwe. 18/7 nog steeds geen enkele communicatie. In de winkel zeiden ze me doodleuk dat de levering naar 12/8 verlaat wordt. Dan is de zomer bijna voorbij! Alle begrip voor de moeilijkheden die Corona met zich meebrengt, maar ze hadden mij tenminste iéts kunnen laten weten. De klantendienst is niet te bereiken. Antwoorden niet op mijn klachtenmail en zijn telefonisch NIET bereikbaar. Service onder 0!

Buyer beware! I should have listened to the reviews. I purchased a rug. When it arrived the colour looked totally different than the website photo. I contacted them and told them. They didn’t care. They told me it was buyers remorse so I had to pay the 120 dollar shipping charge to return the 200 dollar rug. I was then told the best they can do is have me ship it somewhere closer which was still ridiculously expensive. I shipped it back anyway to be rid of this awful company. They refunded me but discounted me the free shipping for shipping it to me! I actually ended up paying them for the rug. Every time I told them the website photo was inconsistent they just told me it was buyers remorse. It’s not worth the money to ever order from this company. What a nightmare! They are awful!

Parasol gekocht. Ballain was al na 1 maand gebroken. Los daarvan is de klantendienst voor herstel enkel online. Enkel voor aankoop (lees: als er geld mee te verdienen is) kan je een medewerker spreken. Ik wacht dus al 6 weken op herstel en heb nog maar 1 bericht gekregen dat ze een ballain zullen opsturen.. zie niet in hoe we die zelf zullen monteren maar als je hersteldienst wilt moet je nog veel langer wachten.... let s see how it goes
