I ordered a six piece kitchen table (table, one bench and four chairs). I had to constantly call, email and text the delivery service and Overstock Representatives for the delivery. They ended up delivering three of the four boxes. I am missing a box but both the delivery service and Overstock told me i received all four..... i finally have someone from Overstock order the replacement chairs but they will not be in until the end of September...so this means hopefully an October delivery.... my item is currently OUT OF STOCK!!! I would not recommend ordering furniture from Overstock...avoid if possible!!!

Your service is very bad. First, you sent me the wrong item. Then you are telling me it will be picked up. The package is waiting for almost 2 months in my hallway. Then you are sending me an e-mail I will be charged for it. I sent you an e-mail back to set up a pick-up time twice. Nobody showed up. I am spending hours on the phone to get it picked up. Asked for a manager, but nobody took care. And now you charged for it. You are not taking any responsibility for your mistake and let the customers on the top paying for it and wasting the time. What service is that!!!!

Horrible customer service… Parts missing, incorrect colors delivered, delivery dates not met. On text messages for hours with customer service and still cannot get everything resolved. Do not order from Overstock, the reviews on the app look good because they scan all the reviews before they post them and offer people discounts in return.

One Star is too much. Overstock.com deserves a 1/2 star. They are crooks. I purchased a Dell Refurbished Laptop on 4/20 for $262.00 and at the time I realized that I was taking a chance the Laptop motherboard went bad on 6/15/20..But I did purchase an extended warranty.. I had to call them several times before they decided to honor the warranty.I had to send the computer to Asurion. Asurion fixed the computer and send it back to me via UPS..When I received the box..I opened it and the AC Adapter/Battery cord was not in there however;they had it listed on the invoice that it was enclosed....I called the 1-866-593-2594 that was listed and explained the situation and no one wanted to help me they were holding me responsible for their own negligence...They are just GARBAGE...

op 27/07/2020 loungeset gekocht in winkel te Wilsele. Er werd niets speciaal over levering gezegd. Op 4 augustus geleverd maar op de oprit. Wij hadden dus niets vernomen dat we moesten bijbetalen om het 5 meter verder te laten zetten, nog niet op het terras maar gewoon achter de poort. Heel onvriendelijke leveranciers. Op 5 augustus alles uitgepakt (3 zit + 2 x 1zit + tafel) De 2 x 1 zit wankelen, zijn onstabiel, de poten nagemeten en daar zit effectief een verschil van 1,5 cm op dus kan nooit goed staan. Op 6 augustus klacht via website gedaan. Nu 20 augustus en nog niets gehoord. Als ik alle reviews lees, vrees ik er ook voor dat ik er ooit nog iets van ga horen. Denk dat ik toch eens mijn beklag in de winkel ga doen en andere kopers waarschuwen over wat ze daar te koop aanbieden. Ik werk zelf op een commerciele dienst en behandel klachten, en nooit is een klacht langer dan 2 dagen blijven liggen. Er kan altijd een fout zijn, maar herstel ze dan.

I placed an order on 8/11/20. The tracking number they provided on 8/13/20 indicated I would receive my package on 8/20. It FINALLY departed today 8/20, the day is was supposed to arrive. Now I won't receive it until the 25th! So, basically they crated a shipping #, but never shipped it. I will NEVER order from Overstock again!

Schandalig hoe deze onderneming met haar klanten omgaat. Na een levertermijn van vier weken wordt een beschadigd product geleverd. (zo erg zelfs dat een poot van de tafel niet kan bevestigd worden, dus product kan niet worden gebruikt) Na telefonisch contact krijg ik de melding dat ze mij niet kunnen helpen en dat ik online een klacht moet opmaken. Wanneer die was opgemaakt hoor ik drie weken niets van de onderneming. Opnieuw gebeld en de melding gekregen dat de wachttijd voor een klacht drie tot zes!!! weken is. uiteindelijk een voorstel om het product in te ruilen en ik mag een nieuwe datum kiezen voor ophaling en levering. De eerstvolgende datum die wordt voorgesteld ligt 5 !!!!! maanden in de toekomst.... Is dit lachen met je klanten of zo???? Ongehoord...

I ordered a large tv console that came in 3 boxes. All were given separate tracking numbers. 1 box got lost and the Shipper (UPS) kept saying it was in transit.after 20 days. Well, ground shipping is guaranteed in 1-5 days. There was no effort from Overstock to correct this step even after multiple contacts. There was no effort from UPS to correct this "lost" shipment. After 25 days of waiting, I am suggesting that everyone purchase from a different furniture vendor. It is not worth your time and money.
