Ordered a doll, received a ugly 3 piece canvas art! When I called customer service they said doll was out if stock. It was in stock when order was placed. After talking to several people that have dealt with Overstock, they said they had similar problems. Many said they purposely send the wrong item because most people will think it is to much of a hassle to return and just keep it. This was the first and last time ordering from them!

They shipped me an item that was supposed to be new but ended up being refurbished. it didn't even come with the power cord. i had to send it back. i would have purchased from a different website as missed out on a good deal elsewhere. I just tried to purchase another item from overstock and it would have been on sale for 7 more hours. they ended the sale early and just stated it was up to the manufacturer. This is fine, but then don't list it as being on sale for a specific duration of time. very misleading and very disappointing.

If i could give zero stars I would! I ordered a bed frame. It stated it shipped. A week went by and no change to the shipping status. UPS stated a label was printed but they havent received the item. I text and they say the item I order that was IN STOCK on their site is out of stock. Then offered a refund. I said NO i need a bed frame. Then they sent me links to their site to pick something else. I then choose something i was ok with but had to change my decor around. Same thing happened except it never shipped. Then they said we will give you a refund. They then reorder the same bed and the SAME THING happens!!!!!!!!!! I then said give me a refund! They do nothing to make it right. Just give a refund so you are out of their hair. Im ordering everything from amazon from now on.

This company is the biggest joke. Do not do business with them. They have packages delivered by a company that can’t even deliver a package to the correct address. When you complain they don’t even try to find your missing package you are SOL. So awful when you have to tell a child that they won’t be receiving a Christmas gift because the company that you did business with has the worst customer service. It makes me ill that I had to give this company one star to write a review.

If I could give it no stars I would. I ordered a pair of Levi jeans. They arrived but were NOTHING like shown. They were faded and had a patch on the leg. That was not shown in picture! But what's worse was I called to get return info. They emailed me the address. I went to return them and cheapest cost was $14.50. Ridiculous for $35-40 jeans. The return wasn't because they didn't fit or I simply didn't like them. They were not what was described. Return should have been free or very little cost. Just was very sketchy ! I don't recommend purchasing from this place. Horrible horrible return policy. I will no longer order from overstock !

Schandalig slechte firma. Maanden geleden een tafel met 6 stoelen besteld, amper 3 dagen voor levering krijgen we te horen dat er zogezegd een productiefout is gebeurd, waardoor ze niet kunnen leveren. Nieuwe leverdatum vindt pas over iets langer dan een maand plaats. Zowel de stoelen als de tafel kunnen niet uitgeleverd worden. Ook de VIP Plus service (waarvoor wij €75 betaald hebben) zou niet meer beschikbaar zijn. Uiteindelijk na veel op en neer gemail, en veel gewacht op response, besloten om de bestelling dan maar te annuleren. De klantendienst weigert echter het correcte bedrag terug te betalen (ze willen de €75 van de VIP Plus service niet uitbetalen). Nog altijd in discussie met de klantendienst! Nooit hier iets aankopen!

They cant find my order and they wont let me cancel it until they investigate for a few days. Its been 15 days and item has not shipped and they dont know where my item is. I JUST WANT TO CANCEL IT. WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN.!
