ORDER # CIN- O- 54051 I purchased A living room set on 1/27/2020 & the foam cushions have collapsed- I talked to a Mr. Patrick Colffield, he immediately text back & said I had no Warranty, so I text him back whit my Warranty information- now he Sends me to A three Party Call Montage Premium 5 year Protection Plan , & A Ms. Nicole say ,if the Dog would have Chewed it up they would have Fixed it. On A $ 1449,52 you would figure it will last more than 11 months- & The Killing Part About This is I was Charged $ 149.00 , for a Warranty & I called the manufacturer Who made the Set & They Tell Me The Foam Cushion Only Cost $ 20.00 I GOT $ 149.95 TO THEGOOD ON THIS SO CALL WARRANTY. When there Salesperson Take your Money, It's All Good until After The Sale. Bad Business OVERSTOCK WAREHOUSE

Terrible Customer Service! I will never buy from Overstock again and I will advise my family and friends of the same. My original order was placed on Nov. 25, 2020 and my call to customer service was on December 7, 2020. I tried to return some carpets and the shipping charges were exorbitant. I spent $290 on the rugs and was expected to spend another $200 to do the return. The customer service representative was rude and condescending. When I asked to speak to a supervisor I was not permitted. Since returning was out of the question, I asked for a price adjustment since the carpets were now advertised at a MUCH lower price. I was informed that a change as such could only be done within 7 days of "placing" the order, even though my last part of the order had arrived only on December 5 (two days prior to my call). Buyer beware. You will not get polite or respectful responses regarding your issues like you get from Walmart, Macys, and other reputable retailers.

Bought a shower curtain from them as they looked cheaper than other online retailers. As I received it I was extremely disappointed by the poor quality and one of the ring was badly scratched. I decided to send it back and contacted customer service. Guess what? I have to pay for the shipping even if the item is faulty. Boy, I should have looked into Trustpilot reviews before. Lesson learned, will not buy again from them.

In tegenstelling van de meeste mensen hier een zeer positieve ervaring. Hangparasol online gekocht, wel een levertermijn van 3 maanden maar op zeg niet erg als ik maar op voorhand weet dat het zo lang gaat duurt en kan beslissen of dit voor mij past alvorens te bestellen. En inderdaad exact op de dag die vooropgesteld was bestelling opgestuurd in 2 paketten. 1 voor de parasol en 1 voor de voet. Bleek dat de koerier het pakket met de voet beschadigd had en zelf terug naar Overstock gestuurd had. Contact opgenomen met de klantendienst (Fanny) vie chat. Nog nooit zo een goede klantendienst ervaren ! Ze ging het opzoeken en mij later op de dag terug bellen, wat ook effectief gebeurde. Zeer vriendelijk uitleg en een nieuwe afspraak met hun gemaakt voor de volgende Donderdag (met hun vertrouwde koerierdienst) aldus Fanny. En effectief de week erop netjes voet geleverd door 2 vriendelijke mannen die mij de voet van 90kg nog hielpen binnen(sleuren) dragen. Bedankt overstock garden en dikke pluim voor Fanny van de klantendienst !

You crooked pieces of garbage call yourselves salesman lol. your joke of a company, I can’t believe you sleep at night giving all of us regular average jo’s such hardships. shame on you. Most companies don’t know what customer service is and your a prime example of that. Way to go

I had 5 big boxes delivered from overstock on 11/30/20 around 2:45 pm ,the driver throughout my heavy boxes front of main front gate , blocking the H. way , so i was going to talk to him to help me to get it in ( i am 64 years old ) and i will tip him good. he did not give me a chance to talk! he ignored me and runaway without even one word with bad attitude ! just imagine how I use to feel in this situation! nobody around, i am old man with 5 big heavy boxes blocking the main gate of the building ? the agreement with overstock was free delivery to my address which is include unit number of the building not front of the front main gate.

I was shopping for a loveseat during black friday/cyber monday time. I was debating between two on Overstock and another website. I bought the one on Overstock my order was "Confirmed". SIX DAYS LATER after the sales were over I get a text saying my order was canceled because they were out of stock. So a million dollar company doesn't have accurate inventory software. Will not be buying from them

I placed an order for the counter stools from Strict and Bolton 317590437 was placed on Nov.24, 2020. then on the delivery date I got your package is out for delivery.(for each of the 4 packages) Its time to unbox as your packages are at your front door, but they were somewhere in Georgia, I m in Illinois! I calld costomer service and in essence was told tough for you here is the refund. IWANT THR STOOLS AT THE SAME PRICE AS SOON AS THEY ARE BACK IN STOCK . I THINK THAT THEY COULD FIRST BE MORE HELPFUL. The stools are now listed at a much highte price. I have ordered several products and have always had toe top service. All I want is for them to honor my order, and send them to Illinois this time
